stikapos said:No experience. Just a general statement. And just trying to say that you might not have missed much. On the other hand, you might have! Current currency translation is $78/hr. For free, I'll give you a drill from Joe Tucker and if you do this drill every day for a month, there is simply no way you won't improve.
The funny thing about lessons is this. Someone with a devine stroke can tell you how THEY do it, but it really comes down to what YOU can do with your stroke, i.e. being the best you can be, not what a pro already is. Knowledge is power for sure and a pro can help with that, but improving is probably easiest by playing those better than you and observing, then trying the moves you see in practice. At $80 an hour, I often wonder what my result would be playing money matches with the top guys in the Joss tour.
However you go about it, I wish you every success.

Well all righty then, Tim. Put that Joe Tucker drill out there for me and everyone to improve our game.
And for the record you were thinking that I am the other Joey who builds cue sticks.
I am JoeyA and couldn't build a broomstick let alone a poolstick.

The other Joey does have a cool first name, though.
Thanks,
JoeyA
