Okay, Buddy 3 and Sigel 2. Both were great all around players, but Efren was still the best. I agree there.

Obviously this debate will rage on regardless of what results are posted here. You'd be hard pressed to to come any consensus based solely on opinion.

To make beer, four basic ingredients are required.
What are the required basic ingredients that make the G.O.A.T. ?

Tournament wins?
Most tourney cash won?
Money games won?
Biggest score gambling?
Peer review?
The best (I, me, we, you they, uncle, friend, friend of a friend, etc...) saw play?

There are just so many variables that make it seemingly too difficult to choose....I'll offer my vote anyway, based strictly on sanctioned (tourney play) and players well past their prime.
