cool pool room names

Around 1990 I played in a room in Naples, Florida called World Class Billiards. I always thought that was a great name.

In the 70's I use to play at a place called Deep Pockets, and also, a place called The Gold Cue.

Couple now closed in Madison

There was Cue-Nique and The Green Room in Madison, both now closed I believe. I always thought Cue-Nique was interesting and The Green Room sounded like a great name for a more upscale joint.

The Pint and Pocket.

Would do for a pub as well.

Google found this thread, been thinking of names for a room.
What does 2022 have to offer?

There used to be two rooms in Newport News Virginia. One was Obelisk Billiards Club (a really class room), and Spinners (a little scary). They both had good names and could accommodate players at any budget.

I alway said if Earl were ever to open a small pool room somewhere down in North Carolina all he would need is a small pink neon sign over the front door that said ‘Earl’s nothing more need be said.

I used to frequent a strip mall type room with windows all the way down the side walk. Guys would stand outside and gawk at the action. I suggested they call the place C World.
Jocks have no sense of humor.

AAA Billiard Club
The advantage of the name is to be listed first on the phone book because its organized alphabetically.

Off the top of my head I came up with

Chalkie’s

Broken Thumbs

Shortstop’s (that would fit my hall if I owned one; I’m 5’5”.)
