Koop said:Nope, that's it for football but we do have the Celtics in basketball. Speaking of the Celtics, that Larry Bird is one helluva player huh! LOL

Hal said:Name at least 4 Pro teams nicknames that do not end in an S. I'll give two of them. There used to be only 4 but with all the new teams nowadays, there could be more.
1. Heat
2. Jazz

If the two partes were hanging out as depicted and the gentlemen maybe exaggerated about what the "professional pool players" comments were regarding his cue then...
Big freakin deal, really !

Having been sponsored and having supported various people and teams, I can tell you that the relationships require great care.
When running an automotive related business, I helped dozens of racing teams to one degree or another. Mostly free or deeply discounted parts. All were positively forbade to put "Sponsored By" my business on their cars. Any that did were ordered to remove it. Failure to do so would have meant legal action.
WOW! Seems like a big deal over a little sign doesn't it? It wasn't. Dozens of commercial customers doing business with me would see the sign most weekends and several thousand occasional customers would associate my business with that car, the actions of that driver, the car owner, and any businesses that they were associated with. Personal and professional reputations are fragile things. Easily damaged, hard to rebuild, most particularly professional reputations. So yes, less than accurate statements really are a big deal.

Kristi Carter said:Kevin,
Your self-glorifying attitude has destroyed the business between you and me. This isn’t the first time you’ve crossed the line. You don’t give people enough credit. I’ve grown tired of your constant need to exploit your work and won’t tolerate your inconsiderate nature. You have stumbled over your own thoughts far too many times – they seem to get confused somewhere between ego and truth.
I am miffed about the picture you paint and the supposed relationship we share. The fact is that I’ve met you twice and you put a couple tips on my ferrule. I play with a Mike Lambros cue and no other cue compares to it! I did hit with your cue but never once described it in the manner you stated. I’m not here to comment on your work, but would rather pour water on your arrogance.
