Dave, you're complaining about Koop's response, even though his response is exactly like yours (quoted above). If he's making fun of your cues, then you must be making fun of Mike Lambros' cues. Your response is exactly the same. Surely you can see that you've inferred something from Koop's post exactly as he's inferred something from yours. Neither of you explicitly said anything negative about anyone's cues. But if you perceive negativity against your cues in his post, then you MUST see that anyone will perceive negativity against Lambros cue in your post.

". With a "rolleyes" emo. I infer that you think she wouldn't say it if he hadn't given her a cue. And does anyone know if Kristi is actually sponsored by Lambros???Personally, I think Lambros cues are one of my top two favorite hitting cues. Nothing compares to it (other than the other top two).

Something struck me funny about this post. Kristi hasn't posted since October.....then Varney made his comments....suddenly Kristi came out of the woodwork (within 1/2 a day) & nailed Varney to the carpet?!?

The way I look it is, Mr. Varney should've swallowed his pride and apologized to Kristi. He knows his version of the truth and so does she. Without considering that it may jeopardize her sponsorship, he posted comments that she allegedly said. She denounced those comments as her version of what happend. If he had simply said "sorry I misquoted you, please accept my sincerest apology" this whole mess would've been over a long time ago. He didn't do that, instead he tried to argue a point and went on to threaten to expose her for other things. This, in my opinion hurt him more than her comments. Nobody wants to do business or be associated with someone of this character.
As I said previously, sometimes a little humility goes a long way.

Besides, if there is one thing I have learned, it is that this is not the place to try to promote myself. I have not tried in the past, nor am I going to in the future. It is true that I have sold a couple of cues on here, and hopefully will sell a few more. But if I DO NOT SELL ANY MORE CUES, I will still make it, for I have not quit my day job yet,
nor do I plan on quitting it any time soon.
Me and my family will still eat. So I am not going to cry about this killing my business. If someone likes a cue I put up here, they will but it. If they do not, they want. And same goes for MR. Varneys Cues. As for KV, I have yet to hear of anyone complaining about the hit of his cue, or his customer service, only his personality. Guess what people, the 1st two are what you are buying in a cue, you are not taking his personality home with you. Kevin has NEVER bragged about his cues being better looking than any other. I have only heard him say how good they hit. And having one myself, I can vouch for that as well. But then again, who am I? I just look like a scared local, scared KV will do something to me if I do not say something nice. 3rd and last, Who the heck is KRISTI CARTER anyway. My view on her is the same view alot of you have for KEVIN. You people bow down to her like she is MISS POOL PRINCESS WORLD BEATING CHAMPION. She is a NOBODY to me just like I am a NOBODY PEON to all of you. So I do not understand how KV benefited from speaking her name. When she starts beating the likes of Allison, Karen or maybe even Kelly, (consistently), Then you can call her A BIG TIME NAME. Forgive my for saying this, But she is just another average lovely lady shooting pool. Nothing more.
And I have no problem w/ Lambros Cues. And if I did, who am I anyway?
