This is just someone that has no clue. What false claims ? You need to do your research .

I bought the DVD back in May 2013 and it's a bunch of crap!
I tried to learn it and even ask for help from a local one pocket player who claimed it worked but he couldn't demonstrate it or explain it and admitted he doesn't use it either.
It is nothing more than a repeatable PSR to get you in line.

I've created my own aiming system I call COPD and after a week of practice, I'm running racks again :)

You're right, but you are wrong too.

You're right; It encourages you to do a PSR.

You're totally wrong; it's not crap.

This system provides the foundation from which all other shots in pool originate.

If you don't have a foundation, you will not have a basis from which to make improvements and adjustments. This system provides you with a basis from which to develop all shots.

As a comparison. In golf, the line your ball and the target are on one "railroad track." The tips of your toes are aligned on the other "railroad track." THEY NEVER CROSS!

If you continually top the ball, then more than likely, your "toe-railroad track" crossed over your "ball to target railroad track" crossed. Knowing that, you can then make an adjustment.

Without this basis of aiming your golf shot can be adjusted. If you're not properly aligned, then you're only guessing on what needs to be changed for improvement.

CTE is an alignment. Once you "GET IT!", you can then begin to understand how to make adjustments to your pool shot/alignment.

When a comment is made, "it's crap, and I asked someone to explain it to me. And they couldn't do it either." That sounds to me, you haven't got to where you understand the system (you haven't seen the perception).

I would encourage you to continue to find someone who can spend the time with you, providing YOU! want to learn the system, and teach you this aiming system.

I am greatful for, the time, knowledge, patience, education, and sharing of this system, that Stan has provided to ALL OF THE POOL COMMUNITY!

As for all of the bickering from this original post, too bad for those that haven't grasped the concept.

To the defenders, I can relate from my experience trying to teach this system to my friends. It's difficult to do. They have to want to improve.

And to the OP comments, I can appreciate his excitement!

During my lessons, I can't tell you how many, " No f'ing way that just happened!.".

To all of the doubters, This is the real deal!

To the fortunate few who have taken lessons, and get it, Cheers!

Just getting back from my camping trip and I am seeing how busy the bees have been. Quite entertaining. Thanks for all of the adverts but I am sadden to say I won't be making the trip as I had intended. I will be posting my future tournament endeavors for the ones interested. Seems that there are a few. I'm actually humbled by the amount of attention. I look forward to doing it again soon. Thanks to all involved.

Banks, cut out the same garbage vomit that's been thrown out over the last 15 years.

WHAT QUESTIONS HAVE NOT BEEN ANSWERED WITHIN THIS LINK AFTER DVD1 AND DVD2 THAT ARE ALL FREE FOR THE TAKING? WHAT OTHER TOP PRO INSTRUCTOR PUTS THIS AMOUNT OF WORK INTO THEIR PROGRAM FOR FREE?!

https://www.youtube.com/user/stanandlandonshuffet

So what's the question? Guaranteed the answer is in THE LINK or DVD's.

Thanks for the link, Dave.

Can anyone help me with finding the COPD aiming system? I'm trying to understand this method so I can improve my game, and run more racks.

Wow I didn't even know there was a second DVD. I've avoided these threads like the plague because it's not worth the aggravation.

Lou, that is borderline for a warning. Lets ease up on the CTE bashing. Not sure how many times I have to say this.

Mike

CTE causes brain damage =:-o

(That would explain sooo much.)

maybe they should
start looking into

Mike, it was intended as a funny. No way CTE could cause brain damage.

Funny how just a couple days ago someone wanted to think the CTE Wars were over....

A few days ago I was that guy. I really sort of did think that, until someone blasted me in the outer regions of the universe with a post saying some pretty base mean and ugly stuff and it was CTE supporter that did it. I got up from the computer for a minute and came back and the attack while I was gone was so mean I let my fingers do the walking and I defended myself a little and told them the content of their post reflected on themselves but it was up long enough for a few to read it before it was deleted by the author.

I think that started it and really the disagreement went forward from there on the Great Aiming Wars...are apparently over .....thread until characters started appearing from the Shuffett household and a fellow started asking for a refund. All this happened before I went out to mow the lawn and when I came back the thread had been deleted. Other than the asking of a refund and the attack on myself I didn't see things were particularly out of control. So the whole refund thing must have been the whole reason the thread was scuttled.

If anyone wants to blame me, yep I was the guy who spilled the blue ink first so, its my fault for that one anyway.

Looks like things have gotten a little nastier overall in this thread and mods have at least not deleted it but they have moved it proving the war is not quite over....and a select few are still vocal in their positions on it. Afer the Aiming War thread deletion I sort of figured it was for the best and thought about opening up another thread later on because the reason the thread was deleted seemed kind of mild to me but the attack on myself I was very surprised about. The gravity and base comments were very ugly which is a little confusing to me actually. It seems peoples actions are in opposition to their cause and the only thing they are interested in is fighting and making sure they project their point on everyone else never giving any ground or seeing the fault that lies within themselves.....but I guess I missed out on a lot fun here huh? I was out playing One Pocket, no computer word war there, its put up or shut up where the rubber meets the road.

The war is over and CTE has clearly won. It's use is widespread and more and more players are using it every week.
The rogue battles are still being fought however with proof that ONE GUY has been posting against it for 17 years. LMAO.. !7 years wasted. AMAZING. And get this, he admits it's just a KEYBOARD opinion and has no reason to learn it at the table.

Clearly won what?

Once again claims are made with no support. Prove it use is widespread. I know for a fact where I play and those I play have never heard of it.

You know more and more are using it every week how?

Once again it's not the system but the claims, as in the above quote, and attitude that there some kinda battle over what I have no idea, that are the core issue, not CTE system in itself.

There are more that find CTE useless than those that find it useful. Of course I have no proof which makes my statement just as valid as yours about CTE widespread use.

The naysayers have won.

Cookie I hear your opinion of Patrick but I don't see that anything but market proliferation was won. A good marketing plan is hard to beat because its more about the marketing than the product as long as the testimonial are there and that something is to be gained by the people behind the product.

If those key things are in place then success is inevitable in most cases as long as there is a market with satisfactory numbers in it to sell the product to at the start. The issue of the claims that are supposed to be outrageous would not be outlined very much at all if there were not so many support questions asked or customers wanting refunds that were vocal about it, which we have seen recently and was why my thread was deleted. On that note...when you disclose all about something there are few questions about it. The nature of the beast you apparently love is one that apparently needs a lot of tweaking as evidenced by the support threads for it. You and others may love it and Im happy you do but the level of complexity and the level of disclosure should be examined and simplification should be sought. There is a lot to think about at the table and unnecessary thoughts do get in ones way when playing pool.

I call bullshit here. There are no unnecessary thoughts at the table. In fact aiming has become much much easier as i look at the same thing all the time. No more guesswork.
One customer wanted a refund, LOU, and he wanted it before he even bought it. Absolutely no credibility from him.
And no it didn't need a lot of tweaking. CTE worked from day one. Stan has only added more and more of FREE SUPPORT to the term he describes as VISUAL INTELLIGENCE.
