Use bottom left English and bounce it off the side rail back into the circle. Determining how much draw and speed are the keys. Quite a bit of both will most likely be needed. Depends on the cloth.
That was my thought, as there’s too much angle to hold the cue ball straight back inside the turtle rack with no cushion. Only other possible option is 3 o’clock right swinging the cue ball around 3 cushions back to the turtle rack. Speed control is much harder with this option, not to mention the possibility of running in to the 10-ball after coming off the end cushion. Also, most players are more comfortable / confident using outside as opposed to inside.

Draw with left hand english to go one rail back to the intended position zone. This shot is often referred to as a circle draw, as the path of the cue ball will be non-linear on the way to the first rail.

Prolly low left from the looks of the cloth. More low then left unless that's powder on the cloth in which case less draw.
On new cloth maximum left will produce a strange incidence equals incidence ball path and add draw only if you can't hit or land in the circle.
I'm a C+ wound out in high gear.

I would use low left, not very firm. I would hit the left rail straight over from the 15 and use the English to bring it back towards me to the circle.

Yeppers... one rail back and forth, lower / left.

Not that it was an option in the OP but since I'm a gambling man, I'd wager against that suggested long bank shot unless Efren or Billy was the shooter.

Believe or not, sometimes just a bit of inside bottom can bring the ball back to the center of the rack. If the angle is less than it looks, go with outside , left , if it's as steep as it looks, try just a smidge of inside bottom and hit it crisp

On that 7' with those huge pockets, a lot of us can bank like efren and Billy, not that it would be the correct choice here...

i know the question wasn't 'how to get out from here', but why not shoot the 10 next?

Not sure why only A players would know this shot, it's a normal position play. With a heavy cueball and how that table looks, you would have to hit that shot pretty hard to go up the rail enough.

I'm not a 'bank' player so I'll bow to your wisdom on this. Still think the angle into the rail is too steep to miss the 10 and make the long bank, even with sloppy pockets. I definitely don't have that shot, that's for sure

I think the 10 isn't an option, because the shooter is full ball snookered on it. The 10 is near the top rail. It's the 12 nearest the CB.

Not the 10 first...the 10 after the 15.

Aka: why does the OP want to play shape in the place specified?
