Just got this cue.. It has ebony nose and sleeve. A courtland white with green wrap. Pearl buttcap. Wood and pearl inlays in sleeve and above wrap.
Piloted 5/16 18 joint. Sharp tip on brass screw. nickel silver or stainless joint.
Ferrrule on shaft is either yellow micarta or aged ivory.

Some help me out here. Not good with these types of cues.

Remove the bumper and take a photo of the bottom of the cue and the bumper.

The ferrule is definately not Micarta.

Doesnt look like in picture but in person it sure looks like it.May be ivory.. But looks alot like micarta to me.

Will a penny fit in the hole in the butt cap?;) If it does you may LIKE it, a LOT!!:D

The work in the butt sleeve and the ringwork above the wrap is of such quality that it may disqualify RICH (it's too nice) as the maker.

Obviously, I'm reaching.....

It is not a standard Rich cue, however, it may be a cue made Abe Rich of the Star Cue Company located in Florida. But this is tough to determine, because he has no computer, and hardly ever answers his phone, he kinda up there in age.

No they would not be marked. Abe marked very few of the cues he made in the late 1960's and early 1970's.

Viking or Mali....just to add a couple of other possibilities to the mix. Real pretty old cue that's for sure. Like the rings done like that.
