I think this is a Brunswick Model 28 that I recently picked up, but I wanted to touch base with the Brunswick experts... What do you think?
Thanks!

Thanks Chris! I figured that Palmer was older than anything I could remember seeing in person. The foil just screamed Paradise, and yet it was obviously Gene's work. Damned nice pickup (especially since you got a standard #7, too!)...TATE said:Steve,
That's it, a Merry Widow #28. The forearm should measure about 12.5" from the wrap to the joint, at least mine does.
Hey, by the way. You were right about the Palmer Model #7. It was one of the very early cues listed as a Model "D" in the original pre-first catalog flyer. I also located a Model 7 which is on the way, so I have both.

Hi Craig, manwon said:Steve, very nice cue and a great eBay purchase. The cue was known as the Merry Widow, and you got a very good buy on it, that cue is certainly a keeper along with the case. Have you researched the name yet? It could even increase the value if it was made for a Famous person or family.
Have a good night!!!!!!!
