Cue trade with Trigger, please help

Here is my bet: Trigger is either politician or inmate in a bedlam.

I guess he pulled the trigger on this forum.

still no information or cue, and no response to PM's, who knows, I will contact the Police next week if I don't get something, I have been reading about a lot of arrests for online scams and theft so they should be able to help me out.

All I can say is wow!!! Especially since trigger made a thread trying to sell or trade the cue he had got from you. I now feel fortunate to have done business with howardthedick and chrisonline both guys are great to bad everyone can't be the same. By the way Nate are you going to come down this weekend for the B tourny in the tri-cities.

good luck tracking down your cue or trigger. seems if he was posting on here about sending your cue back to stall the posts on this tread. folks let's try to keep this a the top until trigger fullfills his end of the bargain or returns nate's cue.
 
I don't get it, he says he is going to ship it and post pics of the reciepts and other tracking numbers and then nothing, not a thing in a week. Next week I start making calls and will let everyone know what is going on.
 
I hope not for both our sakes, its just plain dumb, give out your name and address, I have had locals contact me and say they see him around, then admit you got the cue, promise to ship it back ect. ect..., I got lots of evidence so it won't be hard to prove, so I really hope it shows up and I can forget about all this.

There will come a time in the life of this transaction that you will have to eliminate the hope from your words. Then it will be time to act and try to get some justice. Soon it will be time to start giving just rewards to this person. JMO
 
If you used the USPS for your shipment (I HOPE YOU DID), you should consider filing a Mail Fraud claim. With all of your communications with this person...I think you could get him delt with really easily.

The cool thing about Mail fraud is that $$ amount plays very little into the charges. It is based primarly on the use of the USPS system to defraud another individual or entity.

If a person recieves an item through the USPS, but does not complete the transaction, they have by definition committed Mail Fraud and can get time in a Federal Pen for it.

Btw, Trigger was on here at 6:38a.m. this morning reading all these posts, so he's apparently aware of everyone's feelings about his dealings and simply doesn't give a crap.

I left Trigger a big RED -1 on his I trader..Now i may have stretched it a bit..I did use trade as one of the three (buyer,seller,trade)...But since i did trade replys with him i am using that for my negative posting to I Trader...Don
 
Well, I did use USPS so I will contact them as well and see what I need to do to go that route also, thanks for the information and the support, I guess I should have started making calls last week, no more mr. nice guy, I am still using this thread to buy and sell cues here so if you see something you like that I am selling or trading please contact me, I will post when I know more or something happens, ect. ect.., thanks everyone, Nate.
 
HI Nate, Sorry for all your troubles. You will find the usps fraud investigators to be very aggresive & efficent. They take this stuff very seriously and are no nonsense in there objectives. Get ALL emails copied and any supporting info you have time lined so it will help them, also keep explicit track of any time lines to follow and when to file any paper work with them. It is a lot of work but you will feel better about yourself in the end. Being ripped off is an awful feeling and the way to stop it from happening to the next victim is to take legal action ASAP.. You'll feel better after you bust him!! Been there!!
