Cue trade with Trigger, please help

Well I am back from my trip to MN, and there is still no pool cue and no information from Trigger about shipping or anything, I have got a few people PM me saying he is trying to trade the cue I sent him, I guess I have been ripped off, the good thing is I have his address and name, and confession of him saying he got my cue. If anybody can give me some advice on how to persue this legally or if they know how I can get my cue back please PM me, thanks for any and all help, Nate.

I knew i smeeled something fishy when i asked him to ship first since he was new and i have been around with good rep he made a stink and wanted to ship at the same time so i declined,no rep no deal.:cool:

how bad are the dings? could you give me a estimate of how good of shape it is in?

To me they arent that bad because its black,i cant pick them ip with my camera to even show them actually.Its a nice jump beak cue,the only other cue i have for a trade is a Dufferin Eclipse sneaky pete that is in very good condition with a moori tip.

Yea, this sucks, I will make it MO some day, I also have been talking with a guy who see's this person around so I am keeping my fingers crossed, it does not look good though.

This is the downside to public forums. There are many reputable people here and I think that a few make the many hesitate before making a move.

Nate I hope you get your cue soon. This is completely unreasonable.

Why don't you just use a third party to handle the transaction????? It makes it both simple and honest for both parties. I offered to act as a third party for sales and trades and someone came on here and tried to make it sound like everybody could do this. I offered to do this for
5%. This would make every sale safe and a no brainer.
 
I sent nates cue back to him. I sent it once and it got sent back to me for some reason. And like fast lenny posted. I have already dealth with one azer on here and i sent him his cue and he got it in two days. It was the d15 mcdermott i had for sale. Nate just gave me his information again and i sent it out so all of you that are on here saying call the cops and freaking out need to calm down. I am assuming nate was out of town and he didnt get the cue for some odd reason. I once again was not trying to screw him over so all of you that gave me bad reputation points thanks. And i still have two mcdermotts for sale or trade so if anyone is interested. and i can sent first to the known people if you guys are paranoid. thanks, trevor

Ahhhh...Is everyone picking on you Trigger...I am almost to tears reading your lame excuses...LOL...Trigger the only thing your going to be able to sell on here is B**L S**T because as far as I am concerned you have a lifetime supply.... When you make things square with Nate (which will be a big suprise to me if you do) then try to sell you stuff...Just dont expect anyone to deal with you...Don :mad:

Spend 50 cents and get delivery conformation or ins it like you should and there will be some kinda number that can prove you shipped

You get a delivery confirmation for free, if you shipped USPS Priority Mail or Parcel Post. For an extra few cents, you get signature confirmation. Also, if you insured it, you have an insurance confirmation number. Here is the website that explains everything for you:

Go there and read the info. Also, even if you mailed a package first class, the post office gave you a receipt. You can post a pic of the receipt you said you got as proof that you attempted to ship it the first time. It is the government...there is always a paper trail...that is how the Postmaster investigates Mail Fraud, etc.

Even if you have tried to ship the cue to Nate as you said, you know that there is an issue with its delivery. It is in very poor taste (and judgement) to be trying to trade the cue he sent to you when you have not completed your portion of the transaction.
