Cuetec Bowtie vs Extreme Tip Tool?

Cuetec Bowtie off of Ebay. Billiardsheaven for around $12 but used to be $10.

He ships fast!

I've been using a last4ever tip tool for a couple of years and it works very well. A real advantage is that you can do so much with just one tool.

Cool!
I gotta know which one of these tip tools is the better choice first though...

:scratchhead:

I just told you...the Cuetec tip tool.

The Extreme is the same as the Ultimate tip tool and Golden Brick.
They used to be okay before the Cuetec Bowtie came out.
The Cuetec Bowtie works a lot quicker and works better.
They both wear out but the Bowtie is also a tip pick.

+1 ultimate tip tool

all the other ones posted are good choices too. probably a little more effective (but not much more) but they're not compartment friendly if that's an issue

I'm probably shaping my tip wrong, but for some reason I've always liked my shaper to be able to be laid flat on the ground. Right now, I use the Cue Cube.

I have all of them and I use the Ultimate (extreme) the most. Can't go wrong with any.

I have several cases and tip tools in each but the Ultimate stays at my home table.

Bowtie out of those too. all you really need is a burnisher and a poker. NEVER scuff your tip. Just poke it a little. help keep the structure better.

I used the Cuetec BowTie for years...pretty good tool. TipPik before that. Johnnyt
