The only thing missing is the look on Sigel's face after that shot. Man, Efren has some HUGE cajones.

What about Buddy Hall? I would guess he would be in that group too.

Mike Sigel may not compete anymore, but he still plays this game better than 95% of the world. I said that about 50 times leading up to the match against John Schmidt and people just rolled their eyes.

I believe John was an underdog playing 14.1 on the slow IPT cloth - and then to have to play a legend such as Mike Sigel on the slow cloth - I am sure John would agree with me that this was a stronger matchup than people were giving it credit for. Mike Sigel is no easy matchup for anybody, including Efren. Just ask him. Efren considers Mike his toughest opponent and THE greatest player he has ever played against.

I know I'm gonna get clobbered by saying this, but the shot is a little deceptive. It looks really impressive, but it's not magic. The most impressive thing about the shot is he chose to shoot it. He's a pretty high percentage to cross that ball into the side and the steep angle gives him a good chance to pop the balls open. It looked worse than what it was.

I'm bowing and kissing his feet for shooting it against Capt Hook though.
