custom 2x4 cases

Biggest mistake all of you made was ordering a case from these fools. Those of you who have recieved a case wait one month and then tell everyone how you like it. Mine was starting to fall apart and the pockets seem to "deflate". That was of course after waiting 12 weeks to get my case. After excuse, excuse and more excuses. Only to have it stolen out of my car with my cues. Whoever stole the case, thank you. But I would like my cues and my stereo back.
 
any updates on my case yet dirtypool? as of yet you have failed to even acknowledge that i am due a case.

LOL, the intervention of his "manager" is a great illustration of what health care will be like when government steps in to make everything better.
 
I still follow the thread and the last case that I saw looked great, I also know that if at any point im not happy with my case then Chaz will take care of it. Had you called chaz and told him about the pockets Im sure he would have gladly made it right. Sorry to hear about your loss.

I wish DIRTY would put out a list of whos due and what stage there case is in. This would help us out so that we could see the progress being made. I know alot of us are being patient and im sure its helping but something needs to be done for those who are running out of patients.

yea... i still have no case, nor any word of it gettin here. traded a shaft for it. wonder where the shaft is now...

I know there is a lot of frustrations going on and some people who are dissatisfied with how long its taking. The one thing that has kept me in there is that there has never been a time I have asked either dirtypool or chaz a question that they didnt answer it quickly. I have never felt like my money was in a bad way. I know some are more patient than other. Trust me im not the most patient man, but i understand that issues arise and unforseen problems occur. I have worked with cuemakers and have seen how you plan a finish out on a cue and on the final pass the butt has turned on you or a number of other things. I would say hang in there guys they are coming.

I have been waiting since February for my case, i was the 1st person to order a case with Chaz.

I called Chaz to cancel the order and ask for a refund, he told me the case was nearly finished and would only take 2day to finish. I told him fine you quote me 2 days, i will give you 2 weeks for the case to be shipped.

GUESS WHAT?

That was 3 weeks ago and still i have NOTHING.

NO EMAIL, NO UPDATE.......SWEET **** ALL

Chaz, I WANT A REFUND AND DON'T CARE WHAT EXCUSE YOU HAVE FOR ME, I AM REALLY NOT INTERESTED.

If anyone else is in the same situation as me, please feel free to post.

I think this has gone on for long enough and needs to be fixed

Told Ya. I hope Phinmole gets his case. But I promise, after a month it will look wilted and shitty. The leather doesn't hold up, it almost wrinkles. Mine did. Also, the inner lining started to come apart. Hope no one else has these problems. Hope no one else orders these crappy cases. You're better off buying a Guissepe I promise.

Actually "my" model was to quit taking orders until he's caught up with current ones. Obviously that is taking longer than expected. I pester Chaz every day about delivering something, and yes it's an ulcer I really don't need. This IS quite a mess, and while Chaz IS producing a nice case, the production times are giving all of us a headache.

I've tried to remain high tone about all this and haven't gotten into making our private dispute public, but I see you're not burdened by such professionalism.

I look forward to seeing something a little more truthful, and an apology soon.


As for me, my fun meter is pegged. :deadhorse: I have learned some valuable lessons about pool players and forums in the past few months, and I don't really see any point in chasing this thread any further. I'm burned out, tired and about three clicks past broke. This little project of "jumping in to help organize things" has cost me a bundle. :banghead: And no, I still don't have a case either.

Chaz will continue to deliver cases when he is able, with the slim hope that the happy customers would spend even a tenth the effort the unhappy ones did. With that, I sign out of this thread. No more "trying to placate noisey internet lynch mobs" for me, thanks.

Brian 71 you do owe them this. You are forgetting to mention how chaz went out of his way to make you ahppy and the whole situation that lead up to these comments.

Dirtypool has mentioned to all of us that he wishes to be e-mailed. I however have tryed from the beggining to call when I have an issue or e-mail and I havnt had one problem.

Goodluck to all of you who want your money back or your case.
BECOUSE YOUR TRYING TO REACH THESE GUYS FROM A FORUM THAT CHAZ HASNT BEEN ON SINCE HE STARTED THIS ADVENTURE.

I HOWEVER WILL WAIT FOR MY CASE AND IM POSITIVE IN TEH END I WILL BE HAPPY WITH THE FINAL RESULT.

I got a call from Chaz personally yesterday. He said case is almost done and will probably ship this week.
