Actually "my" model was to quit taking orders until he's caught up with current ones. Obviously that is taking longer than expected. I pester Chaz every day about delivering something, and yes it's an ulcer I really don't need. This IS quite a mess, and while Chaz IS producing a nice case, the production times are giving all of us a headache.
I would welcome the chance to talk with you about it, and your comments.

I've tried to remain high tone about all this and haven't gotten into making our private dispute public, but I see you're not burdened by such professionalism.

As for me, my fun meter is pegged. :deadhorse: I have learned some valuable lessons about pool players and forums in the past few months, and I don't really see any point in chasing this thread any further. I'm burned out, tired and about three clicks past broke. This little project of "jumping in to help organize things" has cost me a bundle. :banghead: And no, I still don't have a case either.
Chaz will continue to deliver cases when he is able, with the slim hope that the happy customers would spend even a tenth the effort the unhappy ones did. With that, I sign out of this thread. No more "trying to placate noisey internet lynch mobs" for me, thanks.
