I second that Alex, I have always been able to reach either of theses guys with my questions and concerns. It has taken longer then expected, but i personally think it will be worth the wait. I have another case that my cues are safely in so it not like im walking around with them in my hand. I respect the frustration of the people who havent received their cases yet, but as stated, just email or call these guys up and you would probably get your refunds much faster if thats what you choose. I look forward to receiving my case whenever its finished. Good luck guys.Brian 71 you do owe them this. You are forgetting to mention how chaz went out of his way to make you ahppy and the whole situation that lead up to these comments.
Dirtypool has mentioned to all of us that he wishes to be e-mailed. I however have tryed from the beggining to call when I have an issue or e-mail and I havnt had one problem.
