Pretty cool table for a Log Cabin!

My Sister vistied Nebraska recently, and came across this table. It's her b/f's friend's table. She knew I'd like to see it.

Looks like a fine job! Handbuilt by the owner.

That is AWESOME! I know Brunswick or Olhausen has a log table in their lineup. They are pretty neat, had buffalo nickels for diamonds.

There is a guy in Bend, OR that makes tables out of timbers. They look awesome. I just wish he'd make a 9 footer that played like a GC.

Golden West Log Table

I have a log table with a suggested retail of about $7500 or more that I will sell for $2000. It is in Coeur d'Alene Idaho near Spokane Washington. It is 4x8 so intended for home use. Wish it was larger and I would keep it around. It is about two years old. I am leaving in the morning for a week or more. Will try to check PMs at my sons. Could deliver in a couple months or less to the west or southwest for a reasonable fee. A lot of the tables you see converted in the $3-4000 on ebay are built on an imported frame. Mine is made in Portland Oregon. Check out the company.

Beautiful table Rick. It looks like there will be no shaking of the balls if you bump into the table. Looks well built. Thanks for posting.

it's truly beautiful . . . but . . .
isn't it hard to play long angles with the log sides projecting so much ?
looks like it would be hard to lean in to . . .
lotta bridgework ?

How does that table play? I'm in Portland, I'm in the market for a table in the next couple months, and I was considering getting a Golden West since I can visit their factory in person. But if it doesn't play well, I'd probably just hold out for a used GC for a comparable price.
