**UPDATED CHECK POST 9**

Hey Guys,

Heres a couple sneak peek pictures of a GTF replica case I had John Barton build. It is almost done, just needs silver feet and latch, I should have the case in a week or so. I sent John the Tascarella logo and had him tool/etch it into the leather Hoppe band and it turned out better than I envisioned. The width of the band and "buttcap" are to exact scale with my Tascarella cue. John and Roy M. have been an absolute pleasure to deal with, and I will have a complete review with more pictures when I get the case.

Enjoy!

Thats right guys, I almost forgot,

I huge thanks for Ballistic Billiards and Jason Coats who did the Photoshop work. They took an high resolution digital image of the signature from my cue, and created the vector graphics.

Thanks again guys,
Ian

So here is the finished case, Not alot different than the previous pics, just with feet and a lock. I couldn't be happier with how this case turned out, its going to be a great home for my Tasc.

I know this isn't the "fanciest" case but I would like to thank Roy Mallott and John Barton for their great service and product. Both were terrific from initial call to final delivery. This is not my first dealings with Roy, but he is always a pleasure.

*The first picture is a side by side of my "vision" (I printed/taped a piece of paper to an old gtf) and the final product. Its safe to say John did a great job of replicating my idea. The leather is a shiny black that matches the wrap on my cue. These GTF cases are by far the best 1x2 on the market.

Very sleek, classic package for a sleek, classic cue.
Ultra old school with some modern touches.
Great stuff!!

You needed an uber-sexy case to go with that uber-sexy cue, nice work Mr. Barton and company. Thanks for sharing what I would consider one of the most impressive cue/case combinations out there today.

Take Care

I like these GTF cases a lot- and this one in particular...

May have to get one at some point!

:-) Thanks. I think it's also safe to say that John won't be doing any of these anymore. And yes, John actually did the work on that white band.

This was actually one of the toughest projects we have done despite the appearance of simplicity.

Thanks again Ian for the opportunity to make you a case.
