Cutting out rail bolt holes

ok I won't say if it works then
Diamond uses the carriage bolt and cuts out 1,000's of bolt holes, works everytime and no R&R needed, therefore...no tax deduction needed;)

I've been experimenting.... My new bolt hole cutting system....

A propane torch, and a 3/4" socket held with a pair of needle nose pliers. Works GREAT! Perfectly round every time! LOL

Acetelyne would work faster

You're obviously left handed and doing it all wrong Josh. The correct technique is to stick the torch between your legs and hold the socket in THE OTHER HAND! Jeez what a rookie

Needle Nosed Pliers

I've been known to just jam a pair of needle nosed pliers through the cloth if the bolts are in the rails.

I've perfected the technique on those types of rails. I don't even cut, notch, slice or otherwise mess with the holes. I leave them as-is...set the rails on top of the table and line them up with the holes... then let Pern13 sit on them. Punches right through the cloth! LOL Before I get attacked for improper technique, of course I'm kidding. ;) Just trying to have fun with you guys. This board gets too serious sometimes in my opinion.

Merry Christmas, everyone. Have a good one!

Does it work on anything besides Brunswicks....?
How's it work on Chicagoan tables!:grin-square:
One of Barry's ex-Billiard Boys is working on roofs in Dayton now, so how much to have Pern13 perfect his realignment techniques in another area of Research and Development for the industry-:grin-square: :grin-square: ;)
