I suggest you & everyone read this thread from the beginning & see where the 'trolling' & derailing & immature high school stuff started & by who & who followed suit & who jumped on the bandwagon, etc.

I'm not the one following others around.

Thanks Sam....

Definitely pocketing more balls. Most shots that were 40% are now easily up to 70%.

Improvement was nearly instantaneous, it has made the game so much easier. Every shots look just as good, no more doubt.

I don't know what else to say, it's as simple as that, it's much easier to pocket anything on any side now.

Thanks for your reply.

As you will see in the near future you will be able to see other things that are going on and correct them because the eyes are getting you the correct picture.

You can see the ball curving this way and that like never before.

Soon you will be playing better than ever before with plenty of confidence.

Thanks again.........;)

Thanks to YOU, Gene.

I'm starting to have some other health issues but you certainly helped me with my 'changing' eye issue.

Thanks Again.

PS You Keep Shooting Well Too. What ever happened to those downloads you were working on?

I did that for years.

You might notice that it is a little harder to sight the shot more to one way. You might still make the shot both ways but it just doesn't look as good one way.

I have never thought one side was harder or easier that the other.

I don't have time to read through all the replies, but any right handed golfer will tell you that it is easier to line up and make a putt that breaks right to left than it is to make one that breaks left to right.

I apologize if this is a duplication of someone else's post.

Personally, I like the one's that break left to right as it is more easy for me to see the hole & I putt more square to square.

Maybe that is how I came to be cross eye dominant for pool.

Its also a common tactic to passive aggressively troll internet forums, starting trouble and playing the victim.

Several 'members' do it quite often. Usually the ones with abnormally high post counts.

It might be a physical thing or..........

It could be the eyes.....

Chances are it's maybe physical.

I golfed at a pretty high level for the amount of golfing I did.

The dominant eye did have merit when I was chipping. I'm left eye dominant. In other words, I had to move my head to the right. If not it all seemed a little out of wack.

Putting was the same way. My left eye more over the ball than the right.

Driving the ball I had to absolutely tee up with the ball even with my left heal.

I never checked it out but there has to be someone in golf that teaches this. It really makes a difference especially if your opposite eye dominant.

The is just my educated opinion from what I see when envisioning a pool shot, over 5,000 lessons for sure, and golf with just my own experiences. There seems to be a parallel for sure.

Hi Gene,

One of the biggest problems for golfers is getting lined up properly.

Many many times they think they are lined up no where near to the reality of the situation.

My oldest son, whom I taught, fell into some bad alignment after going through a series of drivers & was not playing too well.

When I played with him on vacation at the end of the summer, I saw his issue. After I helped him align better he shot 3 under on the back nine on a course that we'd never seen before. He could have probably eagled or birdies a par 5 if we'd had known the course.

He's been playing some great golf ever since. It was a simple fix.

Our eyes are probably our best asset but our mind can trick them into 'lying' to us. Not really but you know what I mean.

The jury is out on this problem...........

I've been teaching this for a long time.

Everyone that is right eye dominant has more trouble cutting to the left.

Everyone that is left eye dominant has more trouble cutting to the right.

The only exceptions are players that aim with only one eye like a telescope.

Just worked over the phone with another player form the west coast.

Jim is right eye dominant but wasn't sure which way he had trouble cutting.

Had trouble finding or should I say helping him finding the dominant eye over the phone.

Had him set up the 1/4 ball hit to the right and to the left and shoot them both a few times. Cutting to the right he zinged the ball right in.

Cutting to the left he almost banked it the first shot. Got closer on the second and closer yet on the third.

Showed him how to make the adjustment getting the dominant eye in the most dominant position and he drained 2 or 3 shots in a row.

this works for everyone and the info is priceless.

if you can't cut to the right or to the left your in trouble.

Can you imagine driving a car and only be able to turn one way?
