Daul chucks spindle system
Old idea new Design
New pictures of the Worlds finest thru spindle with daul chucks , we are pushing thru with our new thru spindle and daul chuck set which will mount on any taig or similar dove tail. we also have a super nice tailstock precision that is keyed both sideways and up and down for the super accruate cuemaking needs we will also offer a simlar cross slide and saddle setup.
we are offering tapping wheel behind front chuck ,multi indexing pully for simple non confusing indexing needs, dc mounted motor and speed control built in on the rear, both chucks are prescision ground after there both mounted for super accuarcy. under the uinit built in clamps spring loaded for ease of use easy on easy off no sloppy fits on this baby body is 1" aluimiunm dowled then machined prefectly square all this mounted on a two piece aluiminm frame with dove tail for rigid support .
i get calls all the time about lathes the main problem is the thru hole all the cheap lathes or old lathes have small holes not allowing for the butt of the cue to pass thru even when old sloppy lathes are found you still need a rear chuck well here you go look no further we want to make it affordable for anyone to buy! this will be our next product out we will have a working lathe at the us open next week see you there
