Just saw them put the pressure on Neils to start. Jay Helfert went over and Neils commented about hitting a few balls. Neils standing his ground.

It is comical really and sad.

2-1 SVB. Niels had a chance in the first rack and hung a ball, then got BIH with 3 balls and Danny put the curse on him and he got funny on the 10, missing and leaving a tough full table bank which SVB fired in at 100 mph

Niels just ran out from a fairly weak safe from SVB.
 
so bad, he takes his player break in first 2 games! LOL

he is a mess and playing like it. It is very obvious!

What do you thinking is going on? Things being manipulated to tilt the tables toward an svb victory?

Isn't this event basically jay's baby? The guy who departed the U.S. open this year, based largely on his reaction to an appearance of impropriety?

I don't think jay would allow any monkey business and I don't think the the minor change is great enough to cause a different victor and I don't think we really know enough about the situation to imply there is any fish business...from the administration.

Then why was this match not played last night?

Based on the chart! It was to be played at 10 last night or 9!

This is the same way the schedule looked last night when I saw it. It says right on there that Darren and Efren play on "Fri" and Neils and SVB play "Noon Sat". So as far as I can tell they are going by the schedule, plus or minus some delay. What's the issue? Not trying to be combative, just to understand the complaint.
 
Is it me or has the cue ball been rolling up table (towards the kitchen) quite a bit in all these matches?
 
Maybe I'm missing it, but where have you seen this match was supposed to be played last night? Everything I've seen says the match was scheduled for today at 12 noon. As for Neils being a mess- he may be, but every time I've seen him, little of nothing breaks his concentration. I'm looking for him to pull the upset here. If he doesn't, I don't think that bank match hurt him any.
 
Niels get BIH with a lock up safety. But Niels misses. SVB misses the safety. But Niels double kisses and scratches.

Maybe Niels noticed that the player trailing yesterday won all the matches?

not so much a complaint!

But an observation! They went in order from top to bottom with the scheduling. Two matches deviated from this for some reason and the "change" hurt Neils in my opinion!!!

When I logged in an see SVB on the table practicing for hours in preparation for the match and see Neils delayed by his match to the point of delaying the start by 1 hour! You have to understand the pressure on accu-stats and the player Neils to put a product on the screen for the viewers.

The scheduling is my point more then anything. If this was the other way around??? would they do something about it??? Who knows! but, certainly food for thought

SVB breaks wet. SVB cuts the 1 in with inside to shorten the angle to get to the 3.

That's the same chart that was posted yesterday, I'm confused as to why you feel there's some tilting going on? There may have been a lot of reasons why the whole top of the chart wasn't played Friday, I'm guessing one wasn't to help Shane's chances.

Wet break. SVB plays rail first on the 2 a diamond and a half from the corner. Makes it. But on the next shot then draws right in the side off the 3.

Niels breaks dry again. SVB makes the 1 but misses the rub on the 6 he was looking for and has to play rail first on the 2 and misses the ball.

Niels scratches! SVB shoots the 5 and banks it in the wrong pocket (I guess it's not call pocket). Runs out.
