On 10/23/2010 I purchased the Masse cue with a promise of fast shipping so that I could enjoy the masse cue by the weekend on my new table.

After repeatedly trying to contact the guy by phone, azb, text messages and email the only response I could get is "i'm busy" after doing a paypal instant transfer. This guy previously had great feedback on AZB with 22 positive transactions. He mentions in his thread that he is tight on cash and apparently is so tight that he could not send an item that I paid for.

BEWARE OF THIS GUY. He is from the Phoenix, AZ area.

He hasn't logged in since 10/20 or before your purchase on 10/23. Hopefully everything is ok with him. Why the two threads one asking him to get ahold of you on the transaction, and the 2nd one bashing him 30 minutes later?

Hopefully someone who knows him sees this and checks on him.

i just tried him, left voicemail to call me
havent heard from him either since i sent him the extra long joint protectors
he was moving & changing jobs at that time
 
I gave up on him because I realized that if I don't dispute the transaction this week I could be screwed by paypal if I wait too long.

I've given him more than ample time to repsond and have called over 20 times leaving voicemails, sent text messages and sent emails.
 
Let me rephrase that. The deal was worked out over the phone on 10/23/2010

I have not heard from him in a week basically and he is not responding to my calls.
 
met this guy (GWJacklin) at Shooting star tourn. in Minn.,a year ago, he was a piece of work, begged to borrow a lathe on AZ to work on cues there. He busted a guys ferrul on his shaft working on it then had to ask Koinkids people to borrrow there lathe to fix, because his was smoked.......a guy was going to by a item from one of the vendors there also i heard and he walked up and told him dont buy that i will get you one, all while the guy was handing the money to the vendor...he then didn't get the guy what he needed and the guy had to send his freind over to buy it from the vendor because he had to shoot,,...i think it was a glove....this guy is a punk...........The vendor was pissed. I talked with the vendor guy and his mother that were there and they seemed like good people......this guy is a punk.

I am in AZ and have never heard of the guy before, does anyone know which room he plays out of?

Kolby's is my home away from home, never heard of the guy and I also do not see him on the AZ ratings list which has all the players in the state who actually are players on it. Just curious as to who he is, I will ask around.
 
If he is having a rough time and cannot afford to ship the items I am willing to ship them for him if he is willing to meet me or just go to Kolby's and give the items to the houseman and say they are for Lenny and I will take it from there. Greg if your reading this you can contact me via PM.
 
I don't know him and I haven't dealt with him but I believe his username is
gwjackal.

Looking at previous comments and public messages, he must be having some personal issues that are preventing him from completing the deal.
This is one of many deals gone bad on AZ this year and it is unacceptable.
We all have problems and that's the time to back off a little, sell locally, whatever, but don't make deals on this forum that you can't follow through on.

It's lucky that you have Paypal to fall back on, and since the seller has several ITraders maybe he will make this right.
There is still time to get it done.
 
From reading this thread something is going on in this guy's life that has left him unconcerned about pool or Az. Im sure he will make it right if he has 20 good i trader reports.
 
He's an idiot...

He wasted my time about a year ago on a Zinzola cue. He saw the cue in person and said can I give you a check. We talked some more, and he said he didn't have his checkbook. Made up a bunch of other crap. Finally he said he would get me a check when he got back to Minot. About 2 weeks later I called him and he gave me some stupid excuse about his bank account being hacked.

Bottom line is that this guy is an idiot. Add him to your ignore list, and don't think about him again. That's what I did!
 
after calling about 15 times today he finally answered the phone (my guess is he got wind of it through azb)

and send me a non-working tracking number. He claims he has been in the hospital since friday....which I hope is true although I hate that he was in the hospital.

Will update when I get the cue. VERY poor communication.
 
Tracking numbers start working on the inter web the moment that an item is accepted at the post office and entered into the system. Don't waste any more time chasing your tail. Start a Pay Pal dispute before its too late or you won't have a tail to chase.
