If its a tourney, call the ref...put'em on the clock....the ref or tournment director
can call loss of game/set/match.
If its gamblin and you're stealin, just sit and smile.
If its tough action, your cue has a joint for more than one reason..UN-SCREW!
Put your cue in its case, take a seat.
Do not put up with with a slow player.
He knows what he's doin.
There is other action around.
In my day, slow players got NO action, and most played faster, or left town.
The only person who can manage you is YOU!
Good luck
ps
Last guy I played made 2 phone calls, and sent 5 texts.
He now has to give up the nutz to play....and I think he will....
Dont let his slow play affect your decisions. He isnt going to change.
That may or may not be true but you should never change your game or habits as a ploy to get even with the other player. You will be the one to suffer.extreme slow play is definitely a form of sharking. in my mind it allows me to shark him back. talk to him or her all the time before they shoot instead of talking on the phone.
otherwise don't play the because as others have stated they won't change.
