Now that I shipped it priority I'm wishing I sent it overnight. It looks so much better in person I can't wait for him to get it.
I took this gambler to a big tournament this weekend and everybody loved the cue. The pictures don't compare to holding it and looking it over.
The other league players have nicknamed me "Cheddar" and "Cheese Meister". So, when I saw this cue I knew it was just meant to be mine.
I received this masterpiece last Thursday from Dean. He made it irresistable as well as affordable. Thanks so much Dean.
I have played with it for a week now and find it to be excellent. At first I was using a Mezz shaft (to preserve Scott's work) and it wasn't quite working. Switching to Scott's shafts made a world of difference and it now plays as good as it looks (well, almost anyway).
Sandra Brady's work is simply amazing. These large pics do not make the impression that the cue does. She works with a microscope and the details in the scrimshaw are quite unbelievable.
Scott is a relatively young cue maker but his work to date speaks volumes about his talent and creativity. Look closely at this cue and look in the gallery for pics of Tikkler's Gracio cue and you will clearly see that he is going to soon be one of the top makers of unique, one of a kind, "art" cues. He is a flying under the radar now but he will soon blast off like the space shuttle. If you want something unique give Scott a call, soon.
Last i heard Gracio was banished to the weeds by all his shitty business dealings just like his buddy deano. Who gives a shit where this cue or the maker is.
