A game of cat and mouse
is her name.
It looks great Dean.
Scrimshaw is new to me so I waited 4 extra weeks for the clear to dry. The lizard wrap added the final touch. I love it.
This was a fun cue and I'm glad you let me build it for you.
Sandra did an excellent job on the scrimshaw.
Wendy will take good pictures this weekend and I'll post them ASAP. There are a lot of fun thing on this cue and I can't wait to show them.
Scott
Beautiful cue. I hope to be over your way next week to check out some more of your work and talk about building me a new cue.
Randy
Would I be correct in assuming that the ivory box in the forearm with the mousetraps on either side is all one big window? In other words, that the mouestraps are part of the same window with a ton of black scrimmed around it to create the appearance of ebony???
If so, that is just nutz!!! This cue is soooo cool. Totally unique and the execution is just amazing! Dean's a lucky guy because this cue is truly one of a kind and a great take on the gambler theme! Congrats!
that piece is an excellent representation of what a modern gambler cue should be.... It sets the bar higher. Now since you decided to jump so high... what's next scott? I can't wait!![]()
Scott,
The bad news is, your wife gives you the orange crush in photography skills.
The good news is... her skills complement yours.
Beautiful cue, Scott. Congrats Dean.
