Deanoc your gambler is ready. Fun cue!

Ralf said it 100%.
A very unique one of a kind at the very least.
Good job, and a head turner. People will be stopping you mid stroke to ask questions and have a better look.

That IS a fun cue. Great addition to the cue population of the world.

A game of cat and mouse
is her name.

It looks great Dean.

Scrimshaw is new to me so I waited 4 extra weeks for the clear to dry. The lizard wrap added the final touch. I love it.

This was a fun cue and I'm glad you let me build it for you.

Sandra did an excellent job on the scrimshaw.

Wendy will take good pictures this weekend and I'll post them ASAP. There are a lot of fun thing on this cue and I can't wait to show them.

Would I be correct in assuming that the ivory box in the forearm with the mousetraps on either side is all one big window? In other words, that the mouestraps are part of the same window with a ton of black scrimmed around it to create the appearance of ebony???

If so, that is just nutz!!! This cue is soooo cool. Totally unique and the execution is just amazing! Dean's a lucky guy because this cue is truly one of a kind and a great take on the gambler theme! Congrats!

how he did it is his to disclose, but no matter how he did it,i think scott is going places in the cue world.when i call scott i let him loose with an idea and i have been pleased everytime. What a talent!Designs and playability.Reminds me of the Gina cue difference in the 60s,this boy is going where no one has gone.

I am buying all of his work i can get,i invite you to do the same, see if he will make you a little treasure

Yes, she shaded the Ivory around the mouse traps.

that piece is an excellent representation of what a modern gambler cue should be.... It sets the bar higher. Now since you decided to jump so high... what's next scott? I can't wait! :D

Tikklers cue should be finished before VF. It's kewl!! Lots of Ivory.

More pics.

I took this gambler to a big tournament this weekend and everybody loved the cue. The pictures don't compare to holding it and looking it over.

The little spots are reflections from the cloth we took the pictures on and not part of the grain.

Scott,

The bad news is, your wife gives you the orange crush in photography skills.

The good news is... her skills complement yours.

Beautiful cue, Scott. Congrats Dean.

Orange crush and 2 on the wire to 5 ...

The cue looks superb, the humor is pretty cool. I think it's a gem, I'm sure Dean has to be pleased.
