So OP'er (JF) are you disputing DO version - that you lied to him when presenting this contract? His version is that he was only signing to split royalties from DVD sales. You announced this at the Ko match, if I remember correctly.
We know you are misleading the public about the amounts in the money games, so why not believe DO version!

No lawyer in the world will win with that argument and there is no fraud comitted. Unless the signing was recorded and there is evidence of a voidable contract it's all hear say. My word against yours the contract will be valid and enforceable.

There aren't many people in this world that can fight for 10 minutes let alone an hour.
If I were in DO's shoes, I would get a lawyer and file a Defamation of Character case against Mr French. Would be easy to do especially as quick as folks were to bash Dennis initially. Also based on the multitude of threads it would appear that folks are going to be hesitant when it comes to future PPVs/matches etc which will impact the bottom line of the top players DO included.

Did French tell viewers who paid for the steam the match was for a large sum of money when in reality the only money was from people who paid for the stream? If true that sounds like fraud. Did viewers from multiple states pay for the stream? If true that sound like the feds.
Mr French - free advice - drop the whole thing, apologize to everybody involved and get on your knees and thank Jesus if this whole thing goes away.

Get French for fraud on the match? There is lot of "he said he said" plus it involves gambling that you do not want to bring in the authorities on this .
That is also the least of French's problems. Because what may get him for fraud is his contract with Dennis. That may get him in trouble with law. NOT his bad commentary, not his lies here and there , not his actions on the Dennis/ Ko or Dennis/Shane match .
That contract was signed long time ago in Oct2015 when there was no bad blood between him and Dennis . He also then subsequently verbally signed up a bunch of top players and if he also will get them to sign same contract , it may amount to a grand scheme to defraud , cheat and rip off these players with totally one sided draconian contract- which essentially says that he will get 50% of players total earnings for doing nothing . Much like slavery/ human trafficking contracts. This involves players all over world across many states and is the type of case that Fed can snowball into humungous case .
Maybe that is why the OP , French removed contract in the 1st post of this thread
His only hope is that the authorities are too busy to look into such small fry case or have no idea what pool is.

Kind of like promoting a football game as the super bowl and getting a scrimmage.
I agree and my point was I think French has more to lose by trying to hold Orcollo to the "contract" than gain. If i was him I'd be glad to slip quietly away and forgotten.
They could run the pool in the U.S. better than anyone in it now. Their rules WOULD be followed. I'd rather see them take there bite out of it than 10 or more seedy scavenges all taking their bites. Johnnyt

I am amazed at the interest this Dennis/French contract has generated. This is America and contracts are signed every day and they are renegotiated every day in almost all the sporting venues.
Dennis is a big boy and he can get a lawyer if he thinks he has been wronged. Go to another country and sign a contract that you later decide is not beneficial to you and see how many in that country get on the internet and start screaming you were screwed.
I hate to see any one taken advantage of, but dang, I thought at a certain age we all run on "big boy rules". We all know "hustlers" hang around the pool community and Dennis knows that.

think professional players of any sport should take responsibility for their own actions. But maybe that is an old and out dated concept.
