Most important question is what does Dennis think of the cue. After watching him play outstanding pool vs Frost for the big money I would have been in no hurry to change cues.

I don't think its paua shell. My wife makes all kinds of stuff with paua and sells it on Etsy. But, damn that cue is hideous...

Why would they stop at paua shell if they're going to lie.

Might as well call it Columbian emerald freshly recovered from the wreckage of a 14th century Spanish treasure ship.

Not like they have anything to lose, right?

If it's not real, I wonder if describing it as "authentic green Paua Shell" instead of "green authentic Paua Shell" is the catch, with "authentic" modifying "green" in the first example and "Paua Shell" in the second?
 
Every BMC has Paua Shell in the description. You trying to tell me it's a complete con. I have friends that visited Bob's shop over the summer & are friends with Bob & was taken on a full tour of the whole complex. I'm going to believe what they saw which was the real deal. Plus they continue to purchase cues from Meucci. If it was stickers & plastic, I'm positive they wouldn't buy any longer.
 
Does this cue have a standard Meucci shaft on it or something else?

If something else does anyone know what shaft is on the cue?

It's probably a custom pro or ultimate weapon to the specs he likes or wanted. I've played with both shafts & enjoyed time with them both.
 
ITS paua plastic ya}ll should know that by now. Its petroleum product so the price will go up and down with the price of oil.
