Diamond Ten Ball Invitational

Okay, now is the time to begin preparing for this great event. Below is a list of invited players. Please have them contact me if they want to play. If there is anyone else who wants in, you can reach me here or at jayhelfert@yahoo.com

Landon Shuffett, Shane, Alex, Darren, Johnny, Brandon, Corey, Rodney, Efren, Francisco, Lee Van, Dennis O., Mike Davis, Huidji See, Ralf, Mika, Warren Kiamco, Ronnie Alcano, Niels, John Morra, Stevie Moore, Rob Saez, Dennis Hatch, Mike Dechaine, Carlo Biado, Oscar D., Jeremy, Chris Melling and Nick Van Den Berg.

I am open to any other foreign players from Europe, Japan or China/Taiwan who would like to play. I just need to hear from them and know that they are interested.

Once again, there will be 16 players only, with a $1,000 entry fee and $10,000 Added! The payouts will be 1. $12,000 2. $7,000 3-4. $3,500

All matches will be played on the new Diamond ten foot tables, Races to Eleven.

RACES TO 11!!!!! WOW I could almost kiss you... If I were to swing that way... Which I don't.... not that there is anything wrong with that.....

The race to 15 was brutal to fade even though the matches were awesome... I don't know of a single day where I felt like I had been beaten and left for dead at a tournament besides that infamous Friday in Tunica......

I'm thinking this 16 player field is going to fill out VERY impressively.

Jay, for $10K added for such a small field jack up the entry to $2/3K.

And oh yeah -- since they're all pros *seed it* and see how they like it, LMAO!

Im pretty sure Ill go to DCC for the 9b and FB challenge. Im VERY interested Jay. Maybe bring my buddy over there to stir something up... Keep you posted via cell if I can swing it

Sounds great, Jay. Would also love to see any or all of David Alcaide, JL Chang, or Ko Pin Yi, but I guess they don't usually come to the Derby.

This is no longer the Fatboy Invitational. It is officially the Diamond Ten Ball Invitational. Probably the final three matches will be in the Accu-Stats arena (semis and finals).

We invited past players first and then picked from the best players who have been to Derby City before. This invite list is not set in stone. Any deserving player who wishes to play can request a spot in the field.
 
All of the tables from Tunica were sold. Diamond will be building 10 more in December. We will take only four to the Derby. We are limited on space at the Horseshoe Event Center.

just playing i love the 9 ft i have.
 
Races to 11 would be ok, but I love the longer races. The longer the better IMO. I really enjoyed the 15. I also like when it is on the 9 footer, being that accu-stats can record more matches without having to switch tables.

Regardless, I will enjoy the event either way.
