Did Niels Feijen's Cue Contact the Cueball?

Any player would have to keep playing to win it's not their fault he fouled it's the same as if he scratched that's the classy way to deal with it.

Not only that but by missing that nine intentionally it would disrespect the referee for doing his job.

61 posts??? Anyone that thinks this was a foul and should have been called needs to walk into the nearest room with a mirror in it.... Take a sharpie as you go... When you look in the mirror write "NIT" in all caps above whoever you see there...... I'd also have you write "this is what is wrong with pool" as well but I'm pretty sure you would miss the point...

That's right. If nothing was said at the players meeting about the rules being enforced, it's all arbitrary anyway.

Years ago it used to be that all players in an event played with the understanding that the rules would be enforced. These days it's the opposite. Now the TD has to declare ahead of time that the rules would be enforced,or specifically, which rules would be enforced.
