Did SVB ever do that race to 100 with Earl?

One of Earl's broken shafts is the only remnant left from this annihilation. It has been placed in a time capsule for future civilizations.

Yes

This match went off at the Qlympics in Louisville. I don't recall the exact score but it didn't go well for Earl and TAR did tape it.

The funny thing about that match was Earl complaining about Shanes 10 ball break. He grabs the CB and puts it on headstring about 2" from the center and says "he should have to break from here". Shane walks up, looks at the placement and says "OK I'll just beat you from here", then proceeds to kick Earls a##. I believe Shane is still using the same break.

I saw Earl this past weekend at a Jacoby event. I'm sorry, but I picture him pushing a shopping cart chanting "I used to be a world champion. I used to be a world champion." I truly feel for him. I think the room was too "humid" and the balls weren't as clean as he wanted. Between all of the gimmick elbow and wrist stuff, I thought he was gonna tackle someone.

This match was the swan song for Earl. SVB put out the flame of Earl's career and Earl knew it. Earl said at one point that he (SVB) would be the aging player some day and he would learn the sting of age.

Yes, according to JCIN:

We have not mentioned that because we were hoping to come up with a fix for a problem that occured. Since that doesn't look like its going to happen right away I'll give you the scoop.

The hard drive that we have the footage on malfunctioned and will not read. We sent it to a data recovery center who told us they can't fix it but knew a place that could. After checking to make sure it wasn't a scam and the second place was legit we agreed. Bottom line is it will cost $1500 to recover the data with no guarantee we will get it all. Hopefully in the future we will be able to attempt it. For the near future it is not an option so there will be no Earl vs Shane match unless/until we can pay for the recovery and it is succesful.

A nice brisk kick in the nuts for us all.

The Hard Drive that the raw files are on crashed. The arm actually fused to one of the platters in the drive (or so the recovery tech weenie said). We are in the process of having someone else take a look at it and hopefully recover something.

It was an interesting match to say the least.
