You mean his cue. It's not yours until you have paid for it.
If NSAfellow had already accepted Aff's offer, then he did the right thing by not undercutting Aff for an extra $20. I don't know all the details, but it looks to me, from what Aff posted, that NSAfellow conducted himself in a stand-up way, even after Aff gave him the opportunity to back out.

In my personal opinion, (which is equivalent to <.0000000002 or 1/1000th of a grain of grain's salt), AZB thread topic titles that cite a name/username should only be used as the absolute last resort when all other options have been explored and exhausted.
Naturally, these types of threads will gain a lot of attention and select parties involved may be affected adversely and unfairly. Loss of business could be at stake, which for some is their livelihood. So the point I'm trying to make is, if you call someone out, you should a) have all your ducks in a row; and b) you are in the midst of being scammed, or have already been scammed.
I don't have the right to tell people what the meaning of "scammed" is.

NSAFELLOW is a stand up guy!
I've had 2 transactions in the last two weeks with him and both went great.
I think he did the right thing by not accepting the 2nd offer for more money.
And next time be a little quicker and check the boards more often, this cue has been on here for a couple weeks now and at this price for about a week or more.

Lets not forget or lose perspective that blacklab9ball has 34 actual posts and 0 itrader points. He has never made an actual deal on AZ billiards and he's questioning/attacking the character of an AZ member with a stellar reputation. Nsafellow has made more than a dozen positive transactions here on AZ. I highly doubt he's going to risk his reputation trying to squeeze a few extra bucks out of a 340 dollar transaction/cue.
Oh yeah. To me you are just a hypocritic tire kicker wasting people's time with your worthless drivel.

I bought the pechauer cue from nsafellow today we had been going back and forth for a week or so and finally everything came together today i pmed the originator of this thread to try and work a deal out when the cue gets to me nsafellow is a good guy and i have done many transactions with him in the past
Well, that was just poor wording on his part. Probably would have been clearer to say:
What we have here is that:
- Buyer A says he made a deal with Seller and Seller reneged on the deal
- Five minutes later, Buyer B comes in and says that he (Buyer B) and Seller had a prior deal.
- Buyer A comes back 15 minutes later and says, "No, We had a deal!"
- Buyer B comes back 2 minutes later and says, "Maybe the Seller should clear this up."
- Buyer A comes back 35 minutes later and says, "No, We had a deal!"
- Buyer B comes back 4 minutes later and provides some backup PMs (ostensibly dated before Buyer A made his first post) to his claim that he (Buyer B) and Seller had a prior deal.
- And now I see that, well after the fact, Buyer C has shown up claiming to have consummated a deal on the cue in question (Now I'm confused).
- Meanwhile, Seller is missing in action.
Smartest thing anyone's done on these forums in a while.

Well everyone who has delt with me knows that I always try to be a gentleman and have always followed through with my deals. So this is going to be my only post regarding this issue. I am going to post the conversation as it happened and then it is over.
As you can see on my thread for the Pechauer he indeed did say he would pay the full amount. Here are the posts in order first him and then my reply..

I had someone offer to by the Pechauer before you and I was waiting to see if they were going to follow through on the deal before telling you yes lets do it or no if he did follow thru on the purchase.
He just bought the cue. So it is no longer available....sorry

I am sorry but your post was not first I have had three other people pm me directly for the cue. I accepted one offer before yours and and it was for less money than you offered. But because I accepted his offer first I had to honor it.
I am sorry if that upsets you but it is the right thing to do. If your really wanting the Pechauer I can try to get another one give you the same deal you offered.

So there you have it .....
I have been dealing with a couple of other AZ board members about this cue and making a deal for a few days. But until a deal is done it stays for sale. When blacklab9ball contacted me I had an offer from aff on the table and had accepted it. I did not even know that blacklab9ball had made an offer until aff mentioned it to me. I told him I would honor the deal if he wanted it as I had accepted it. He let it go. In the meantime one of the other AZ regulars confirmed that they did indeed want to go ahead on a deal we were working on. Because we had been dealing for a while on it I asked blacklab9ball to hold on.
The deal was closed and then I informed blacklab9ball that the cue was sold and the threats started.
I never offered to sell him the cue I only asked where he was and how he was thinking of paying, as he wanted it shipped today to get it by Friday. He claims to have done deals here but has no ratings. I could not find anything that showed he has purchased from anyone here.
As you can see I offered to sell him the same cue for the same deal and he did not respond at all. I do not know or have ever met blacklab9ball and I do not know where he feels that he has information about me doing this to other AZ buyers.
I am sorry that this is how he feels he has to respond to not getting the cue.
Case closed as far as I am concerned and for the others who chimed in claiming to have transactions with me that went bad…….I wont mention names…but if your out of the country and there is no way for me to insure against loss in delivery I will not sell to you.
And if you’re interested in buying something and you offer to purchase than you need to follow thru not let it sit for days before you respond, that is not fair to the purchaser or the seller.

He is a stand up guy in my opinion, I've never done business with him before today so I just bought a piece of Kamui chalk from him today. You came out in public whining about a deal you weren't able to get in on and tried to trash another sellers reputation. In my opinion that is complete BS. You should only call out another buyer or seller as a last resort in these forums. Just my opinion but I think the majority will agree with me.

here is just my 2cents. i think the problem is that blacklab9ball doesnt understand how this forum works. The fact that he was the 1st one to reply on the thread doesnt mean he was the 1st the make the offer. it could be someone else who sent a direct pm to the seller in the timely manner. so he accused to be the 1st one who made the offer just doesnt make sense to me. that is all.
