Do you have a Pool Table in your home?

I was just wondering how many of you have a pool table in your house. If you do, what maker? - what size and where is it? Do you play on it a lot?

We have a 8 Foot Oak Gandy in the basement. I love my Gandy table because it is tight and true. Too bad they don't make them anymore!
We would love to have a 9 foot table but supporting walls are in the way. Also I wish our table was on the main level so we would play more. Our last house - our table was Up-stairs (That was a pain too).

I own my table but not the home. I have an 8ft valley playfield its an old coin op table but its in great playing condition i bought it so i could keep in stroke here in my no poolhall having town. And every now and then i will venture out to a tourny but not as much as i would like.

9 foot Gold Crown 2 double shimmed in basement. Don't play as much as I used to. Pics of my room are in the photogallery of this site.

I have a six foot 1913 brunswick "baby grand" in the family room. The table is small but the pockets are
3.75" so it provides a fair test. However, it's a big adjustment when I go to the pool room and play on 9 footers.

We have a 9 foot Charles Anthony Custom Pool Table. Solid maple with 6 legs. It is 3 piece - 1in. slate with 3/4in. plywood backing. Leather drop pockets with camel hair fringe. Tournament edition cloth.

I have a 8 footer. The brand I have no idea, got it off of craigslist for $25.00 put new cloth on it and its 1" slate. Its in my basement I use it pretty much everyday for 2 hours or so.

I have a 9 foot American Heirloom ( Gandy reorganized ) in my underground lair. Had to replace 16 feet of bearing wall with steel beam, but it was worth all of the headaches. I play some every chance I get.

I have a 9 foot goldcrown also---but, it is out of commission since we flooded a month ago during ts Fay. It is a shame but, it is serving as a catchall until the drywallers can cut out my drywall and replace what was damaged.
A pool table should never have to suffer such an indignity.

Got a 9 foot brunswick metro tournament edition (tight pockets) w/simonis 860. I play at least 8 hours a week. I wish i could play more though

i wanna get a 5x10 though. That would be awesome.

9' GC copy in the basement.....black n chrome double shim with 860....I play about 2 hours a day! :)

I have in my finished basement poolroom an 8' solid cherry Altamonte Billiards Factory (Pro-Line) Arlington model with 1" framed Itailian slate,
860 Simonis and Accu-Fasts cushsions.
My only reget is that when i got it my skill level was far lower than it is now,so the pockets are 4.5 buckets compared to the ones at the pool hall
that I play at 3-4 times a week.

Thanks,
Doc

I have a 9" GC4, double shimmed pockets, 860 Simonis in my home pool room. The table gets plenty of use

Basement Not Finished Yet

I have a Gandy Big G, 9 foot in the basement. Play on it with my wife daily. Been doing it for 9 years. You would be suprised how well she plays now.

We have an 8' Brunswick Bristol II in the basement. It was their bottom line table when we bought it 15 years back, but now they are not even called "Brunswicks" anymore, apparently it's a "Contender" or something like that. I practice on it 3 - 4 times a week for 1-2 hours at a time.

My GC IV

This is my Pool Room with my Gold Crown IV. It is the most used room in my house. I Love It.
