Do you prefer glue on tip or screw on tip?

Lol, i don't know anything about fiberglass cues...

I live in the woods bassically and i don't have any cue dealers near me so i have very limited knowledge of the equipments. I have my good cue wood on wood falcon, my pool table 4 by 8 with extra tight pockets and my madness practice for hours on end, that's all i have for pool.

Why is this question even being asked?

Also who the hell would want a screw on tip?

I like the person that responded with the tip glued on to a hollow ferrul that you just slip on. (I like to glue those type onto my $1000 cue!)

Whoever asked that question must still use a house cue at the local hole in the wall bar.............or maybe like someone else said maybe he is still using a Walmart cue, or an Acadamey cue!

Bugs Rucker was noted as always playing with a house cue.

Seb9...I have a cue I'm selling cheap that you might like.

It's a pretty nice looking cue that my father left me when he passed. I don't know much about cues but this one is pretty nice but I prefer the hit / feel of my Earl Stickland signature series Cuetec. The one thing I don't like about the cue is the silly looking cactus on the joint pin. Kind of campy looking if you ask me. I'd be willing to sell it to you for $60. Let me know and good luck shooting!

Actually

almost every year I went to Nationals (VNEA), there were several French Canadian players there with 1 piece Snooker cues with screw-on tips.

Funny you should mention that.. I have been thinking about starting a new line of tips called "Babar Elephant Tips". I'm betting you know what kind of hide they're made from..

I'd hit Oprah all d long. First of all, she is MUCH better looking than she used to be, and she's a HECK of a lot richer than Halle...:D :D
