I was searching for a reference book on pool tables, sort of like the Bluebook of Cues. Anyone know of any?

Schiffer Publishing has a book on billiard collectibles by Mark & Connie Stellinga. It shows many tables, but it does not have pricing.

The Billiard Guidebook by Mose Duane - This book costs about $50.00 and has all the information you need to repair or recover a pool table.

I think that would be a good one for maintenance. Pat Sheehan's articles from On The Break News are also on-line to fill in random parts.

But I think the OP was looking for something more like a Blue Book than a mainetnance manual. So far as I know, this sort of thing is done by each person who is into collecting and restoring old tables. There is one local dealer who pays big bucks for old catalogs. For example, look at the middle pages (starting at page 20) in this rulebook from 1914:

For a description of old tables and the people who take care of them, see the article at:

Joe Newell is nearly always mentioned when the subject of collectible tables comes up.

I think that there was a magazine/newsletter that covered old tables for a while -- First National Billiard Exchange??? -- but I'm not familiar with its content.
