Does Efren get mad?

The recent "Are you mad Bro?" references cause me to ask.

I have seen him roll his eyes, look at the ceiling, stand at the table for a moment, laugh a little, scratch his head, remove something invisible from his shoulder/back....maybe even a little chalk slap down on the rail, or a less than happy after-the-fact cue stroke/jab toward the table....but not clearly heated.

Is the man just that mellow?(especially since often the stakes are high), or have I just not seen or heard of him getting seriously bent out of shape?

My apologies if this has been previously discussed.:grin-square:
 
Efren handles his anger well. I've seen him upset over a bad call and say something to that effect to the ref. Then he just lets it go. Smart! Anger will destroy your pool game.
 
Efren got pretty angry when I beat him out of 5K and asked him "Are you mad Bro?" ... He took a swing at me... I dont hold it against him though, he was only twelve at the time.. LOL j/k
 
Where is the thread about 'Evil Efren'? There were quite a few tales of his anger in it.

I remember seeing a similar question and someone answered "I once saw him put the chalk down a little harder than usual on the rail" and for some reason that cracked me up.

Having a few years under the belt probably helps with temperament.
 
That move with the arm/back/shoulder- He is throwing the monkey off his back. True it is.
