Labeling yourself an expert at KENO troubles me.

How many times would anyone in their right mind go for that huckleybuck spot two balls and you get first shot?

If you get repeat action on that I want to come to your roost !!

If you are the expert you claim to be why haven't you taken down all the Tooth's cash. I don't remember anyone being barred no matter what their handle is!!!

How you could offer weight to me without ever clocking my game defies all logic. Do you just give money away?

Thats why I offered an even game alternate breaks. If I can't figure out your speed in two or three games I would deserve to lose my money. That has never happened before and even at 67 years old it just ain't likely to happen.

I don't intend to continue this discussion any further. I have stated the facts as best i could and stand on their merit.

You don't want to continue this discussion any further but have now posted this reply twice - once now in its' own thread. Where is the logic in that, since you are such an analytical person.

You say you are 67 - I think you should go see a doctor as alzheimers may be setting in.

And to answer your question, I have a complete list of all players 67 years of age an older & how they would match up compared to me. Titantic falls below the line & gets 9-7.

Also, I don't like to play nits that match up with only 2 or 3 barrels in their pocket. Must be why you hang out (or should I say follow around) the Tooth. Furthermore, I would think that in your 67 years you would have learned that it is not so becoming for you to be viewed as the latch key of another man. This is what you should be more concerned about & can be labeled as TROUBLED.

I am 68 and wondering where I might be on your list if I'm on it at all. I do play and fire more than three barrels. John

You sir, age 68 are on the list. Unless you lied about your age when the list was created but I have tests for that as well. And you probably play more pool in a week then I play in a year.

Mr. Henderson, since you seem like a nice, respectable gentleman IF I ever got to California we could play even for whatever Jerry lost. That would be my regift/donation to you as I would have no chance to beat a player of your caliber even.

However, since we live 2000 miles a part please don't devote the rest of your life to me as I believe Titantic now has. Surely, you have better things to do.

As long as I am on the list I am happy. I'm always happy anyway, but didn't want to be left out. John

John, you're on my list too. Of guys to avoid at all costs. :)

I may have to wait until you get a little older. When I see you come into the poolroom in a wheelchair I may jump on you. But you have to stay in the chair! :D

watchez,

Many kudos to you for showing the respect you did to John! That is a classy post and one that others should try and model when speaking with those in pooldom who have more than paid their pool dues. I'm so sick & tired of all these wanna-be's and never-were-gonna-be's woofing at players who would have destroyed them in any set of any game. Your's was a real refreshing read and for whatever it's worth to you, I am proud of you for the way you handled your reply to John.

When you give respect like that, you get much in return!

I went to a movie once named "Titanic" but I had to leave halfway through it. How did it end?

I was born in NY - I treat people to extremes on how they treat me. Simple philosophy.

I am not sure if I should be flattered by your reply or insulted by being called a wanna-be & never-were-gonna-be. However, I am sick of those type of people as well. I got a full dose of them at this year's DCC. They seem to multiply each year. Some 19 year kid with his hat on backwards and the only thing in life is a shirt that matches his shoes along with his life savings in his front right pocket is not cool to me. And I find it comical when they think because of this 'getup' they are cooler than everyone else in the room.

Anyways, I am sure that John Henderson plays better than me. My list is always correct. Not sure if he has a shirt that matches his shoes & wears a backwards hat but JH seems cool to me. IF I was ever in California, I would gladly donate some barrels to see his expertise. However, if I was also ever in California, I would not be wasting my time in a pool room making donations. I hear they have pretty girls, great drinks, over priced restaurants, beautiful beaches & golf courses, along with a poker mecca called Commerce. Sorry to disappoint you Mr. Henderson.

I also apologize to Titantic for stealing his thread. But he did create it in my honor so I felt compelled. I am sure by now he is utterly confused on where to go with this next.

It was a compliment, or at least meant to be. You were praised, not called names. Others players who fit the aforementioned description would do well to treat others with more respect, like you did.

You really couldn't tell that from my post???

I think it was a genuine compliment from Terry. That's how I read it. There's a reason why he's one of everyone's favorite posters on this site. He's a good guy.

Sounds good to me. I like good guys. When Terry turns 67, I will put him on the list as well & we can play a game or two.
