I asked John for a basketcase and didn't specify a completion date or design. I trust John.

Very, very, nice! I like basket weave myself. Been wearing a basket weave belt for fifteen years give or take and plan to get a case to match someday. Guess I'll have to catch up with John.

Could be my memory is failing but I seem to remember there was once a time when you contributed quality posts to the forum. Hard to find any from you lately. On the other hand, 420 is increasing the quality of his content rapidly now that he feels more comfortable putting his opinions and knowledge on the line.

Your signature does seem a bit strange, it just lets us know that a respected cue maker considers you an ass hole. Without knowing context the reader has to assume it is a general statement of his opinion of you.

When I've been insulted by a respected cuemaker, I'll let you know.... on the other hand, I was called a name by someone who merely disagreed with me - exactly the type of person I'd like to do business with...

Don't you know that back in the RSB days when we had a flame war with someone it was customary to run background checks on your opponent?

I know the last names of Doug's family ten generations back all the way to Oog. :-)

But I thought that the real last name spelling was Bob, as in Tampa Tubby Bob?

I put his name in a people search a within a minute had his name address and phone number ! Its way to easy anymore and if you want to pay you can get tons of info like last ten addresses / criminal records and more !

It seems Roscoe cares a lot about the rep system, even though he spends quite a lot of time on another site dedicated solely to bashing AZB.

He still posts here frequently, as one of the few members of the "other place", that isn't banned from here forever.

I've never had a problem with you, 1pRoscoe, and have enjoyed a lot of your posts, but let's be real, when it comes to making quality posts lately, you haven't.

Rep is inflated now; and it's worth more than it ever has been. It's easier to gain a lot of rep now than it ever has been. My presence at the top means I've made some good posts LATELY! Maybe you should participate more on this forum instead of the "Type and Gripe", where members endlessly bash AZ, while all they want is to be able to participate here...

If you say to me "How did you get so much rep with only 400 posts?", then I will say "Why did it take you 5,000 posts to get this much rep?"

Green rep coming for you, 1pRoscoe. It sounds like you need it more than I do.

That hasn't been my impression of Bob. My memory is kind of fuzzy but a few months back I got into an argument or disagreement with a member of his rep crew and he started a red rep campaign against me. I wished I remembered the details but I don't. It's not a big deal to me. He red repped for my post earlier. Apparently he disagrees with me that Jay, Joey, & Terry are more respected members than he.

Never argues or talks politics? Where is the fun in that? He is probably a huge closet Palin supporter. I look for Bob to come out of the closet in '12 for Palin's failed run at the Presidency :)
