I will have a hard time doing better pictures. The inlays at the handle ring positions are Ivory. Everywhere Ivory. I will have to ask a little birdie I will have to ask about the buttcap. I guess not. Due today!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Wrong Cue showed up today. My buddy is sick. He sent my Cues to some one through paypal and has no phone #. How can I delete Managed attachments?
 
Click on Edit > Go Advanced > Manage Attachements > Remove for all the pics you want to delete.

Are Scruggs cues just being shipped all over the place inadvertantly?
It's not like there's a distributor out there putting Tim Scruggs in boxes and shipping them everywhere.
How are your cues sent through Paypal?
Is your buddy sick because of the cues being sent through Paypal, because he sold a cue through
Paypal and shipped the wrong one, bought the cue through Paypal and received the wrong cue, or is he just sick.
I didn't see any pics, but since it could of been the wrong cue I guess it doesn't matter.
How can you take pics of the right cue, but have the wrong cue?

Needless to say I'm confused
 
Two boxes with cues in them

Lables put on wrong boxes. The other buyer was paying with paypal. Hopefully the other buyer will send the 5k in Scruggs Cues back and wait for his ebony Cog that showed up here today.
To top it off my buddy has no contact phone # for the Cog buyer.

Is your BUDDY a LITTLE BIRDIE if so I see why he had trouble with the shipping labels. Also if the Butt cap is on the cue you bought for $5000 seems like you would know what is was made of....Damn I'm more confused than Cuesblues ......Can you tell us who the Birdie is so we can avoid this????
If the COG buyer used PAYPAL you or your buddy the birdie has his email address! Send a email and see if he will return the Scruggs, that we don't know what the Butt Cap is made of to YOU and YOU send the COG to him and the little birdie can't get them mixed up again! Dazed and Confused on this one NO PICTURES Wrong Cue and a little birdie shipping with paypal or thru paypal and someone is SICK....

The little birdie is Timi.

The pictures were taken down because they made me sick to see. I can only hope the buyer of the Cog is honest. My buddy is hating it right now.
I suggested he call the USPS and have his pkg intersepted and returned.

If I were Bruce, I would be sick to. Those cues wont be returned unless you get very lucky and the person is very honest. Plain ebony Cog versus a wrapless Scruggs? Again, good luck.
 
There are two wrapless Scruggs Cues in the box.

Thank you David. If he won't return them he will be stealing them. It will be a felony. He contracted for a differant cue. I hope all will be well for all concerned.

You get the J/B back? I talked to Bruce week, week and a half ago. He was telling me about the cue. Sounded nice. I, unfortunately, had just bought the Josswest, Schick, Josey, Stacey, Schon, Instroke, George and Whitten. Was kind of tapped out at the time. Hope all turns out. Will keep my fingers crossed. But that is why if I am shipping out cues at the same time, I do one at a time and I double check the second one to make sure the first is right.
 
That was one of the cues.

We only sell it to each other. Probably 5 or 6 times now. Also sold him the fancy one.
Chased this one a long time. Now both lost.

If I shipped that cue to the wrong person, I'd be in my closet swinging from my belt! That actually makes me a bit sick thinking that happened. Man I really hope you and your buddy get this sorted out. For that caliber of cue, I would take a trip to the guy's front door and start asking questions in person. Good luck my man.

It wouldn't surprise me if this works out.
Maybe the consignee is out of town.
If he has any decency he will send the cue back, and why would anyone want the cue under these circumstances.
I'm not sure of the legal aspect but I doubt he can keep the cue.
