Earl's best 3 shots in a row, ever?

Earl's great at wing shots. There are a number of other videos that show him hitting quite a few in a row.

No offense but those wing shots aren't even anywhere remotely close to anything near Earls greatest shots. Like really not close.

I've seen him do 8 wing shots in a row. I still can't believe it and I saw it with my own eyes. That man is truly gifted.

I'm a weak b player and I have a video of me doing that. My Brunswick table spits out balls too. That was cool tho that it slopped in.

I think I read here in an AZB thread some time ago that the record for wingshots made in-a-row was 47.

Maniac (but...I could be halucinating:grin:)

I was watching Earl getting warmed up for an exhibition at one of the BCA Trade Shows. Earl and I had been friends for years and he was talking to me as he was shooting some wing shots. After the first 3 clean as a whistle, the 4th went 3 rails in the corner. I kinda chuckled and Earl looked at me and said, I banked that one for you (knowing Gary and I were road partners), I chuckled and said yeah right Earl. The next 4 went 3 in the corner as well! Earl is just scary when it comes to some shots, most of them in fact!

Correct! The bank shot he made on the eight ball against Steve Mizerak in Houston at Reds in 1984 is one of the greatest pool shots I ever saw. It may have been the single shot that turned around Steve's career. He knew he couldn't do have done that. He wouldn't have even attempted the shot.

Babe Cranfield used to run rack after rack of wing shots. They're not that hard as long as you're in stroke.

think my grandfather still holds the record as witnessed by a dozen top players 43 in a row
