Posting pictures here of my last Eason and it is the last one I recieved from him ... I was suppose to get one more that I paid a large deposit on but never got the cue nor the money returned ... This is my last Eason and hopefully it soon will be gone also ... This one was suppose to be a matching player and J/B I never recieved te shaft for the J/B...
Also not sure where to post this but seeing most of the complaints concerning his cues came up in this section I guess this is as good a place as any ...
Since Jeff and I have had our falling out my PM box has become overflowing with PM's from people who have dealt with Eason Cues I have had to clear my PM box alot more often. lol. I did not foresee this but I guess it is natural seeing we were friends and both live in the same town. I have had people PM'ing me trying to get me to help them get thier cues back , thier money back or do anything I can in my power to help them out ...It has amazed that so much was going on right under my nose that I did not know about. I was always told things were going good and when I asked about the bad threads it was met with harsh looks and the typical you can't please everyone comments and it is tough being a cue builder I am doing the best I can with what I got but no one wants to give me a chance ...
Jeff and I do not talk anymore on the rare occassion we do it is via email and me asking him how I am going to get my stuff back and my refund ... So on that front there is little I can do to help anyone get thier own stuff back. However I have a very close friend and we set up most of the night last night looking over the PM's and many of the old Eason threads . She left here a little bit ago and asked me to post this and came up with a great idea on how to try to help everyone out... She is a Police Officer who runs the Police office for one of the local towns here ... She is also a law student in her fifth year of college at Mercer University to earn her law degree and pass the bar exam... She had a background check run last night on Jeff and it came back with some surprising things I will not mention in Public it did not shock me to much as I had heard about Jeff talk about it in the past ... But I guess it was one of the few things he was being half way honest about ...
She will be making copies of the threads here on AZ it provides a pretty big history of Eason cues and all the bad transactions ... If you look it up and read them all you will be kind of surprised by the volume of it all. What she wants me to ask is that for all of you that have had bad transactions or lost money ... Had a cue go missing or money never returned to pm me what happened , What was never returned money or cue or product along with your contact info ... Please make it brief as these PM boxes do not hold alot, thankfully I am a club member . She also asked that any of you that have asked for help or had issues that you want resolved please hold onto any copies of PM's , Emails , Canceled Checks or paypal history or anything that would aid us in your dispute with Eason cues ... I myself still have the canceled checks that I wrote Jeff for my deposit and to help him out on other pool related transactions. If neeed you can pm me for my email address ...
I have often read on here especially in the wanted for sale section about people getting ripped off by some of the infamous ones like Barkcinnaman or several others that pray on AZ'ers ... And that it is ashame that there is never any way to make these people repay what they did to people who put thier trust in them only to get ripped off... And how they hope some day that there is a way to press charges and make them pay for the things they do... As we discussed last night this is a unique situation where she fills that possible criminal charges can be pressed and civil actions taken to try to recoop some of the money that has been lost here by AZ'ers ... She was certainly surprised by the PM's I have gotten concerning cues that were lost and never returned by Eason cues , Money that was never returned ... People asking for contact info or asking me to talk to Jeff because he will not answer his phone ... Living in the same town and area as Eason cues this does present the opportunity that many of you have asked for... And I also have a vested intrest in getting my stuff and money back... We are not asking anyone to come forward publicly at this time if you wish not to hoping that somehow Eason cues will do the right thing by you that is fine ... Everything can be done privatly for the time being and as you know in the future any evidence you have may have to be presented at some point will come out but that can be kept privite until it has to be known.
I have had alot of PM's concerning these issues and it has been on my mind pretty heavy as to how to help out all the people asking for help as well as get what is owed to me . She came up with a great idea last night that may be able to help all of us out at one time ... And my friend is certainly in the postion to be able to get things done ... This is the only way and my last resort to help out those of you that have been wronged me included ... This will be my only post on this and the only time iI offer this to help out all of you that have pm'ed me and those of you who have not yet...
