I love watching eBay like most people do. But sometimes I find something's that I just love to buy because they are cool. I picked up 4 1930s titlist in the last 2 weeks from one lady that was super nice and then I found these. Not to sure what they are I have my guesses I'm thinking Brunswick 1930s-40s these are in really great condition and really fat for conversions if I want to do so. They are straight a little wobble on the darker one 11.5 inches off the tip the other are about 6-7 inces off the tip and maybe lift a small amount but the ferrules stay on the table. If you have any imput please post. Ill post a few photos I'm sorry I don't know how to get them all in one posting so sorry.

Thanks I was stoked when they came in I really though they were going to be in rough shape any idea what they could be? I'm leaning my way at Brunswick .

You have a few so why not convert one and see how you like it, you might be on to something'

they're most likely brunswicks
i've converted bunches of them when i first started out

the two veneered cues were listed as the model 18,
in the 2nd edition bluebook page 100

and then later , i beleive they were all called hi-run ,
not sure about that or when

Thanks for the info guys! I had a good feeling that they were brunswick cues. I love the colors and the woods just pop and I have not even touched them yet. This is the way they came straight from the shipper. Brent if I send you one you have to send me one of your butterfly cues :)

If i were me, I would just get the "tuned" up and use them as my "house cues" for the game room.

My other prediction is the same for the old Titlist cues. If I got any I wouldnt have them converted. You can have anybody build you better quality and cheaper (usually). I used to buy them for $50-100 now they are fetching upwards of $400 (crazy). IMO, just hang on to them.

The cues are most likely made by the saunier-wilhelm company. They were a Brunswick knockoff table and cue manufacturer from the 20's to the late 90's. The Brunswick color palette for vignaux style cues did not include red to the best of my knowledge. You can see a couple in ebay item 261306807874. Very nice examples you have there that will clean up very nicely!

In the 1930 Brunswick did use red butterfly's I found some photo out there in cyber land. But good to know about the other company. Thanks I think I'm going to just let then sit in my one piece collection foe a few and sit and look at them. You can find a titlist cue anyplace I bought 8 in the last month but these you just don't find. I like the older stuff fun to have might just clean one up put a new tip and have a sweet bar cue. Who knows.
