Ed Prewitt-Please Check New Thread!!

Here is an Ed Prewitt masterpiece!!
18.9 oz, 2-12.8 mm shafts with ivory ferrules and new medium Moori tips, pig skin wrap, and solid ivory 3/8-10 joint. Cue is in great condition.

Looking for $4,750.00 obo.

To clarify some questions, the picture of the butt is correct. The other two pictures show double rings and ivory block inlays. All of the locations have single rings and Pua shell inlays. Also the forearm has split diamonds like the butt.

I apologize for the error.

By the way, the hit is incredible!!

That's It.....You Have It....The Golden Fleece

What a beautiful Prewitt cue.......you own a treasured cue and it's got the perfect size shafts, the best joint (better than my Mottey cue) and the cue weight is ideal as far as I'm concerned.

Your cue, or any similar designed cue by Joel Hercek, are my two dream cues. Everything about your cue just seems ideal and unfortunately, more than I can spend. But it sure doesn't hurt to dream but meanwhile, best of luck with your listing.

Proo-it. Anyhow its a beauty. Eds cues are immaculate in craftsmanship. Anyone would be proud of this cue!

Is it me or are the ring works different in those pictures?
Never seen a different ring works on the butt to forearm of his cue.

definitely something wrong with the pics, that forearm does not belong with that butt end. The split diamond inlay is different from the forearm inlay, and the rings are different, Ed would not make a cue like that. Maybe the OP has mixed up his photos? Would be nice to know which of the two cues is for sale

Edit: plus the pic of the butt end shows a wrap that looks like elephant

original pics?

I would appreciate if you could post some pics of the original cue. It might be a
tough sale at this level as long as a potential buyer can't see the complete cue.
The picture of the butt being correct means it's similar or from the actual cue?
I'd love to see the veneer colors, the figure of the forearm wood, pictures of
the shafts and so on. Does it come with fancy joint protectors?
If I can be of assistance posting pics just let me know.

I would also like to see pictures of the actual cue for sale......to see veneers, etc. and make a fact based decision.

Thanks.

i am confused here
if the top does not match the bottom
indicating that the pictures are not of the same cue

it naturally causes me to wonder.is the cue you have actually in your possession ?

i might even suspect something is wrong, therefore unless original pictures are displayed
i am lacking conviction that everything is on the up . an explanation of why this has happened in the first place would go a long way toward restoring my confidence

this is my first time to notice Fred on az,it might just be me,do any of the regulars on here
know who he is?

I know both the seller. Its no scam, it looks like the seller leeched the pics from Bill's website, where the cue came from originally, and made a mistake in doing it.
