Ok "bandido"....I guess someone has to ask the obvious so I'll be the fall guy
Let's get this straight......you are saying that Efren got his cheque from IPT on Friday 29 Sept and that despite already receiving his cheque,Efren then 5/6 days later on 3/4 October gave a radio interview in The Phillipines at which, knowing he would be quoted in the Phillipine national press, he told the interviewer that he had not received any payment from IPT and that he would not consider it unusual to have to wait even 45 days for payment of prize money from USA.You hint that there are big business/political reasons, nudge nudge wink wink, why Efren would issue such untruthful remarks to an interviewer.
You do presumably appreciate that if all that you say is true it therefore inevitably follows that you are actually saying that Efren is a liar who is prepared to deceive his fellow players and the Phillipines public for the sake of some political deal or objective connected with IPT interests?
The only other possibility would be that you are saying that Efren did not actually say to the media that he hadn't received payment and that the media made it up.
Is that correct? If not, which part is not correct and why did you imply those things?
On the other hand,if perhaps he didn't actually receive his cheque....can't you just say those difficult words "I might have been wrong"
It wouldn't make you a bad person
