All joking aside Efren used to play in many of the wednesday night 9 ball tourneys at the Chicago Billiard Cafe back in the eighties and on this particular night he had a new tip put on his cue. He played every shot a hundred miles an hour and I believe he went on to win the tourney. He of course was the best player but believe me this tourney had many good players in it and a 48 man field.
Efren broke his tip in that night and many onlookers go a treat to boot. Philw
 
Tom Selleck used to gamble on pool. Until he lost his mustache to Efren.
