I as I'm pretty sure a lot of people enjoy seeing the pictures that you put up, but why all the watermarks, especially in the part of the picture that your eyes are drawn to.

I am 99% sure that you didn't take those pictures, you just ran them through some PS filters and produced the end result which you tag at least 2 times for every picture.

If they are going up for people to look at, remove the watermarks, or the ones in the center of the picture. If you put them up for someone to go to your website and purchase something, then why not move them to the for sale section?

Nice work, Robert. Robert is well known in Southern California for his pool photography and love of pool.

when a photo is ordered, the center watermark doe's not appear.you are 99% wrong ,every photo that I post goes through my camera.

So you're saying that every one of the pictures you posted you took personally?

I still think that you're selling something and it belongs in the for sale section. But of course that's my opinion.

The man posts an iconic photograph of one of the world's greatest pool players ever, and his thread is met with negativity.

I like seeing that photo. Thanks for sharing! :)

Wouldn't he be 100% wrong?

No. Robert had it correctly at 99% wrong. tommyceilings said he was 99% sure that Robert didn't take them so tommy would have been 1% correct and 99% wrong.

Anyone that knows Robert and his photography knows how talented a photographer he is.

Tommy, if the photos are not his, do you know who originally took them?

nice photos by the way.

I'm not one to usually post negative comments, but that photo is not good. Terrible misuse of Photoshop. Sorry for the negativity, just had to get that out there.

Cool photo, thanks for sharing it. It was "lucky" to be in that position to catch that fleeting moment.

Being 99% sure about something ,but wrong, makes you 100% wrong.

That's a great shot, nobody can look as happy as efren does playing pool.
I like some of your color shots too and wouldn't mind seeing more...
for example this pic... love how the table practically glows. Who is this player?

incidentally, Tommy has a point, I don't think he's saying it just to be a jerk. Sometimes your watermarks
detract from the image (though I understand it won't be there if I order a print). I know you gotta
protect yourself but text right in the middle of the picture doesn't work great because
it's still pretty easy to photoshop out anything in grainy black and white.

Do you use anything like digimarc? It subtly patterns the whole thing with noise.
Their program can recognize it, but to the naked eye it's invisible. And their software
scans the web for digimarc-ed pictures and alerts you when it finds one of your pics on some other site.
I'm told it's a good system.
