Looks like an open air bar...this looks absolutely nuts!! Can't believe they're shooting a big money match with all these people wandering around, the referee pulling balls out in the middle of shots, the rack boy running up before the last ball is shot, etc....crazy stuff. No wonder Filipino players are so calm in our pool action...

Correct me if I'm wrong, but is that table possibly a Chinese 8-ball table? I say this, because if you look carefully, those pockets are awful small.
Take a look at the size of the balls, and then compare to the size of the pockets. I don't think those pockets are much larger than an object ball-and-a-half.
Or are my eyes deceiving me, because of the camera angle?
