When I was in the navy, years ago, our ship - the USS Northampton (a cruiser) visited Bergen. A truly grand city. I'm certain Efren enjoyed his visit too. He's a marvelous player and a real gentleman.
Efren was in Norway this weekend :-)

Thanks for the great story.
I am going to have to disagree with you on his skill level though. I think he just got lucky to do so well in your tournament.....very, very, very, very lucky...he is probably the luckiest player in the history of pool....freakish:smile:

My student Terje played him in the last 8 or last 16 round (not sure atm). And he thought it would be a good idea to try a bankshot instead of a good safe at 5:7 ......lol!
But i am sure he enjoyed it a lot to play the magician. And he learnt for sure something in that situation^^
