Thanks for the link. I have seen this before at Randy G's pool school as it is one of his Mother Drills. Having a personal eye pattern is a crucial element in your pre-shot routine. It's also important to keep the same number of warmup strokes on every shot. When you train your eyes to view the contact point while standing behind the shot, it gives your brain a lot of visual information.
