FARGO Ratings

I was supposedly at 632 but its showing 629. The only thing I played since I was 632 was a challenge match where I beat a guy 13-6 but my rating has not increased a few points but dropped off.

lol my rating has went from a 360 to 476 since posting in this thread. Which is strange because I haven't played pool in a while. I'm improving!

The people you have played are playing, and the people who the have played are playing, etc. This all reflects your rating.

Lenny, I don't have a rating, but purely based on yours, I need 10-6 now!

You gonna be able to play some at Chinook? I'll take a spot if you're feeling generous. ;)

Come on Andrew, you're a 360 all day long :eek: ;) :thumbup: !

Seriously, can we at least meet at SBE? First beer's on me!

Even as I am clueless on a bar table and yes I will be but probably won't be bringing a cue. 8 ball and 10 ball sound like fun? I am usually busy and exhausted after streaming for 10-12 hours but will find one night to get in action with you buddy. Always a pleasure.

Yeah, you really do put in a ridiculous amount of hours in the booth.

I'll try to remember how to play those blasted rotation games. Hoping you don't shoot much straighter than last time we played. I've gotten a lot worse myself and am a mere 588. :D

John,

With your rating sliding disastrously, don't you think it might be time to retire the Supreme and buy a real cue :eek: :rolleyes: :wink: !

Lyn, I'm not sure if i could handle the change. Although, i am trying to figure out if i like last year's apa cue sans weight bolt. You know that bolt was 3.9oz? Lucky for me, Chuck is a strong enough guy to get that thing out of there.

If i get to 50 tables, I'll buy myself a nice Dufferin. :thumbup:

lol yep, we can meet for sure. Hit me up around expo time.

Yet another reason having a default rating is dangerous!

"DISQUALIFYING A PLAYER
If a player is consistently and significantly performing above his or her indicated
rating during the event, CSI reserves the right to disqualify the player without
refund. Therefore, if you believe your rating should be adjusted upward for this
event, please contact CSI prior to the registration deadline."

How does one "look up" their rating? I went to the site, and could not find anywhere to do that. I only found the top 100 lists...

Thanks,

If some/many/most players were willing to do this, would they really be in a position where they felt it needed to have the FargoRate used?

Answer all the questions Correctly!
CSI will then show you your info along with the rating they;
A. Have for you
B. Have given you

If it says "unable to determine who you are", after the questions you have;
A. Answered some of the questions incorrectly
B. have never played in a CSI sanctioned event and they don't have a record of you.
C. I'm wrong on "B" and CSI will correct me (Hopefully :) )
