Fastest 147 in History Made, beat Ronnie by 30 seconds!

beautiful to watch. thx for posting it.

why didn't he scream whoohoo at the conclusion?

I would have.

best,
brian kc

impressive but sullivan did it in a tournament in front of a crowd. Not in an empty room for funsies lol Im still and more impressed by what the rocket did

He's not Ronnie, but it's still quite amazing to watch. He also has the record for the fastest 100 break btw. Seems the guy loves to play real fast.

I like the bump on the pink at the end.
Me too, one of the best shots I've seen, considering the time constraints and not to mention a 147 on the line. It's a power stun back, a draw shot would have missed the couplet of balls by about 2 feet. So hard to judge the line and speed of the shot he played!

Lad can definitely play.

I still like Ronnie's and appreciate it more. The table for a start looks like it has club style pockets. The one Ronnie made had tournament pockets. I actually think the referee slowed Ronnie down in his record 147.

There are claims Ronnie has made 147s in 4 minutes in practice. When asked he just says its only practice, it doesn't count.

Whether a 147 is made in 5 mins or 5 hours you have to admire the talent needed. I also have to admire the speed at which that lad played. My snooker brain just cant work that fast even if my body can. Really well played.

I give credit to this guy for spotting his own...each & every black required him to break focus & rhythm. Ronnie got to use those extra seconds to compile his thoughts on the next shot while the ref spotted the balls.

Pool(or snooker) is like golf in that the faster you play(to a point) the better and more natural you play. A plodder this cat is NOT. Some serious flow to his style. Makes guys like Archer or Dick Lane look like they a playing in reverse.

I have videos of Archer playing like greased lightning in his younger years (and playing *well*). Not sure exactly when or why he decided to slow down.

Same thing with Charlie Williams, and Danny Basavich (Kid Delicious) by the way.
